I emailed Rudy Rack asking if they could build the rack that would suit all of my bikes, including two Fat Tire Bikes, I was immediately contacted by Ashley. Ashley was instrumental in assuring me that they would get with her engineers to make sure the rack can be built to accommodate the bikes I need to store and still be able to roll it around in my garage. We were met with hostility and unprofessional staff. We had our gates looked at for about two seconds and that was it. The process is no longer personal and staff acts as if they do not care to help. Staff is dressed in leggings which is absolutely not appropriate for the workplace. We will never be back.
