A Mastercraftsmen level contractor comes out and pours sugar in your ear. The crew comes out and does "the best they can". If you're dissatisfied well, we can fix it for more money. Oh, what's that, you want to talk to a complaints department, we don't have one of those. We can send someone out to tell you you need to pay more money to get it right though. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If you do get every detail in writing, including the fact that you want your floor to be level at the end. Did not pack the dirt or use gravel filler for the drive way before pouring the drive. Did not stir the concrete when it was poured. only used 2 runs of rebar in the footers. Was supposed to pour 18" Wide X 14" deep footer, only poured 14" wide footer. Would not recommend, pay for a real professional company, will cost a little more but you will have a better job and less headaches down the road. I doubt that if I have any more issued that they will honor their 1 year warranty. I can send more photos to any one that is interested.

I would caution paying in full until ALL of the work is finished and to your liking. This project started on December 27, 2023 with grinding, crack repair, and leveling. The epoxy was installed on February 21, 2024. Mike notified me that the middle joint in the floor was starting to peel in areas so he recommended that he grind the middle joint and put a stripe down the middle of the floor. He completed this at the end of February 2024. He notified me that he would come back and complete the work at a more convenient time. Ever since then it has been impossible to get Mike to answer text, phone calls, and voicemail as pictured. I had faith that Mike was not like other contractors that promise to get a job done but never show up and eventually ghost you. That is the case here. It's now January 2025 and I have been extremely patient to the point where it's just disappointing to even enjoy the investment that I trusted Mike with. I typically do not like to leave bad reviews but floors such as these are not cheap and I don't want anyone else to endure typical contractor behavior such as this. When asking him to come out one time he told me that the floor can be used and is not hindering me in anyway... Although true that I can use my floor, that is not the point. The point is I made an investment and after a full year I should have a finished product. I have offered to pay him extra, have asked him for other recommended contractors that complete this, and have even asked him if he intends to come back to finish this. Every time, he ensures me that he will, but I have yet to even believe that. Today's contractors are full of excuses and handshake is not what it used to be. Don't sign up for something if you can't commit.
