The property is gorgeous and secluded. We stayed in Alex's Cabin, which was charming, cozy yet spacious, and well stocked without being fussy or cluttered. The mattress was very comfortable. The ranch is just 10 minutes from Moose-Wilson Road, which goes right into the national park. I can't imagine a better place to stay. We hope to be able to visit again.

We stayed at the cabin "The Ritz" and it was perfect for our family of 4. There is a bedroom upstairs with 2 twin beds and then the queen room down. A grill, coffee maker, mini fridge, and small kitchen with dishes, utensils etc. would have allowed for us to cook if we had wanted to. But we chose to eat at the several amazing restaurants nearby. Wilson is a 1.5 mile drive with some incredible places - Nora's Fishcreek for breakfast is a must! And Streetcar is an excellent choice with a great variety of quality food from Tacos, hamburgers, Poke bowls, fresh salads, and more. Or head into Jackson for more great choices - Snake River Brewing is recommended. We also were able to book a Wildlife safari with Brush Buck into the Tetons and it was incredible. We saw a grizzly and 4 cubs, a moose, mule deer, elk, pronghorn, and marmots. The boys also had an AMAZING guided fishing expedition up to Jenny lake (the Snake River is not fishable this time of year but the lake trout was abundant!). But back to the ranch. The Ritz cabin is adorable with a screened-in porch, fireplace, winding staircase and HUGE open windows that allowed us to admire the incredible view. Lilacs were left for us upon our arrival. The property is a horse ranch. Also there are a bunch of other cabins to choose from so if you need something larger, etc. check out the website. The horses are from private borders so you can't ride them, but you can feed them apples or carrots; which was the highlight of our experience here. Just spending time with the horses, walking trails, etc. There are several trailheads 1/2 mi up the road from the ranch, which one leads you up to to an incredible calm lake at the top of Teton Pass. I would HIGHLY recommend this amazing gem in Jackson Hole. It was the perfect place to rest and experience being on a horse ranch and enjoying the majesty of the Tetons. I cannot thank Alex and Mike enough for everything!!!

From start to finish, Jen helped me coordinate an evening that was tailored exactly to our own personal requests and the venue/layout/food couldn't have been better in my dreams. While on-site, Carlos was the absolute best to work with as well. He was so professional and friendly to our guests and the whole evening went on seamlessly. We cannot thank your team enough for their exceptional level of service and are only sad that it's over! Next time we are in town we will absolutely be stopping by to pay everyone a visit.

Turns out the rooftop hotel bar ("The Cloudveil") is only opened during the peak summer months, and I came late May 2026 and was informed that unfortunately they weren't opened yet. The hotel isn't very tall but none of the buildings around Jackson square are, so I'm sure from the rooftop bar you'd get a gorgeous view over the square! That said - the hotel lobby is lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby bathrooms are immaculate. If you eat at the attached restaurant on the ground level (adjacent to the lobby), it's a wonderful experience. Overall, I don't know how the rooms are in this hotel, but all the other features (restaurant, location, theoretical rooftop bar that wasn't open yet) are all excellent. I'd come back just to eat at the bistro alone, so it's certainly a place I'd consider staying .

We stayed in a beautifully renovated condo that felt both luxurious and cozy, with modern finishes, warm wood accents, a fireplace, and huge windows with classic Teton views. Everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was fully updated, which made it easy to relax after a long ski day and enjoy a snack. The location inside Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is unbeatable. You're just steps from the lifts, but the real game changer? The ski valet. Absolute five-star service. Drop your skis in the morning, walk out in your boots, and they have everything ready and waiting for you. At the end of the day, hand them off and stroll back inside without lugging gear. It makes the whole experience feel seamless and indulgent. The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The spa and rooftop hot tub are perfect for unwinding, especially with mountain views at sunset. It strikes that ideal balance of upscale but still relaxed while not stuffy, just comfortable. If you want the convenience of ski-in proximity with the comfort of a high-end condo, Hotel Terra Jackson Hole absolutely delivers. Five stars. Would book again in a heartbeat.

This location is central to walking all of downtown Jackson Hole while being just off the main square so it stays quiet. The breakfast is actually pretty great with lots of offerings and we filled up before setting off on our daily adventures. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They are still experiencing some hiccups, the elevators kept going down, but at least one stayed functional at a time. We would absolutely stay here again and suggest you do too!

And if you go out the front door, you'll be immediately in downtown Jackson and close to the performing arts center. Plus right across the street is a brewery that has daily happy hour. As for the hotel comfort: this hotel is clearly a redo from an old hotel. Marriott has put their stamp on it and standardized to the SpringHill style and expectations. The room provided a couch with a pull out bed, workspace, fridge, microwave and a comfortable bed. Plus our room provided a great view of the ski slopes although no balcony. It looks like some rooms have balconies. The hotel also provides a heated pool and spa. Next to a pool area, there is a small exercise room. Lastly the hotel provides a suitable breakfast every morning: which consist of fruit, rotating breakfast items, cereal and more. As an ambassador member of Marriott, we were provided a welcome gift. Unfortunately they did not provide us a room upgrade.

The dining room was empty. The deck was half full from golf members wrapping up their day. It was 5:30pm. Pope asked me if I had a reservation for dinner? No, I said. I'd love to sit outside? "Oh, it's prime rib night. It's about to get real busy.We can sit you at the bar?", he said. Ok, I said. The bartender was very busy. When I sat at the bar, there was dirty silverware/glasses next to me seat. She never cleared them the whole time. She asked me about a drink. I ordered a glass of wine, and a glass of water. I never got the water. She ran away. I had to ask her for a menu. She never mentioned Prime Rib night...never mentioned Soup du Jour...never mentioned Market Fish of the day...never mentioned any specials. My fine-dining experience ruined, I decided to just get a burger to go, and get the eff out of there. I finished my wine, never got any water, put my credit card on the bar...and waited. And waited. And waited. Got my burger to go. No silverware or napkins. Got home to find they put the juicy hot burger on top of the lettuce and tomato. Thus, everything was wilted, slimy, and the bun was soaking wet mush. The burger was tasteless, completely unseasoned...and undercooked. The bartender never even asked my how I wanted it cooked?! $26 burger?! Always put the lettuce and tomato on top of the meat. Wtf. Disgusting. Glass of wine, cheeseburger/fries, and gratuity...$44. Will not return.
