Many boards were cut too short leaving multiple gaps. When we finally got someone back out to address the problem (which took many, many unanswered calls), they fixed some (not all) and billed us to fix their glaring installation mistakes. We will never use them again.

Our project was $13,000! He did this to us in September, leaving us in a bind to then have to find another honest and reputable contractor that would build our stairs before winter! Just beware. He is not a person of his word. i cannot speak for the quality of his work, because he didn't do what he quoted us he would do! There are many other deck contractors in Summit County. They were out the same day, even though we were not in a huge hurry to get the work done. Elijah easily got down into the space that I have never entered, and found the problem within 15 seconds. He told us he could fix it that day, and would return after getting some parts. He had it finished quickly and correctly. He also suggested foam insulation around the pipe and I had a can of it handy, and he did that for us, saving me from exploring that area of my home that I honestly hope I never have to go down to. Of course I honestly hope we never have to call a plumber anytime soon, but I am so happy we found a company we now trust, with fair honest pricing and knowledgeable, professional staff. I was impressed with Elijah's knowledge and Just the service of Mountain Goat. In Summit we expected prices to be crazy expensive, but this was fair pricing and amazing service!

We have hired Old World Painting for two different types of jobs and we were completely satisfied and very happy with both. In 2014, they stained the exterior of our house. We were so impressed by the professionalism of the crew. They arrived every morning at 8 and worked until 6 always cleaning up before they left. In addition, they were always nice and polite. This winter they came back to work on our worn window sills which had been stained by moisture . We had been trying to find a solution for the problem for years. Again, Old World did a wonderful job. We find them so very trustworthy that we left town while they completed the work. I would absolutely recommend them! read more

I've had Old World complete full interior and exterior repaints on 2 separate personal homes and they've done a phenomenal job each time. This is the second house they have painted for me. Nothing but great experiences. They show up when they say they are, do a great job with attention to detail and leave it clean. Even left all the unused paint and stain in case I want to do touch ups a year or two later. I love this! They spent two full days taping off areas that shouldn't get paint on it. Very reasonably priced also. Over $5k cheaper than another bid the previous homeowner had gotten. Can't recommend them enough. read more

Unfortunately, as he requested, I paid for it mostly upfront (my bad). Learning lesson. From the beginning we had issues with the painting details of the project. Mediocre job with nails left in wall, damaged portions of the wall were just painted right over instead of corrected, window sills left without paint and underneath windows there were spots not even painted at all. The work seemed robotic and rushed. There was very little communication which lead to problems because things had to be corrected after the fact and Brian's attitude was difficult to work with. He was surprised when I was upset because he left my door unlocked for two days in an apartment building with residents and short term rental guests who walk by constantly. Pride of work, attention to detail, and care and concern for the customer was barely existent. He even had me venmo his girlfriend for payment, Karen Nelson which I thought was unprofessional. He had asked me if I wanted references, but I did not take them. I wish I would have asked more questions before I hired Brian and High Roller Painting. This could be a scam because as I said, only partially finished the job and now he is unreachable. Very disappointed and I would definitely steer clear away from this company.
