I just joined this carwash recently. I drove from another town to get my car wash on Monday Dec 8th about 12 pm and the car wash was closed because of weather. I went there and I need to wash my van which is 10'7" the outdoor wash bay is 9' and has an overhang. Very tight getting around the building. Why would they put a roof on the outdoor bay is confusing. This place is for cars, not for trucks or any type of RV. The car wash is 7' so be careful. read more

.I have been a patron of this carwash for many years. I appreciate supporting local businesses. While at this car wash on a Sunday the only one there vacuuming my car. A man began to beep, his horn pulled next to me and wanted my space. I declined as I was not done. I suggested he use one of the other 3 vacant spaces. He instead parked behind me and blocked me by trapping me. He continued to harass me pulling next me and and behind while videoing me. I called the police. On arrival he made oinking sounds to the officers and called them pigs while videoing them. It was not something anyone should have to endure. As he had not harmed me he was released. I returned to speak with the manager of the car wash to explain what occurred and provide a photo of the car. So he could protect other patrons from this horrific experience. I spoke to a representative who stood with a smirk, arms crossed and had absolutely no interest. Asked me what I wanted her to do about it. The total lack of concern and respect to the patrons was disappointing. I have since gone to Willow St car wash. They are thorough, respectful, and provide better service. I would never return to any business who does not respect their clients. Please be alert if going there when unattended. In response to the owner who clearly felt that being blocked in and harassed is a normal incident. Is shameful at best. Some how justified this experience in that the person harassing me was justified. Did not seem to think this man could have used any of the other three vacant vacuums?? Felt. I had plenty of opportunities to escape as this man walked around my car?? Clearly explains hls employers complete lack of concern for their patrons. This is a good car wash place, but not excelent. In times of corona virus, they do not wipe or clean interior dashboard. If you pay for Works Wash service (most expensive) - they would disclose at the very end - that some presold items arent included due to virus (Aug 2021). Really? If you bought the 2nd most expensive service, your wheels will get wet, but not get cleaned. Again false advertising. So just get exterior wash, but for detailing - do it yourself, or go somewhere else. read more

I don't care about the age of the car wash which it is an older car wash. I care about the final product. When I get home and it has dried. Well they did a hell of a job. No water spots no holidays which means missed spots. They used dry towels to wipe down at the end.they were kind and friendly and took their time even though there was several cars behind me I didn't feel rushed. The cost was worth the result. This is the BEST car wash in the lower Cape by far! They pre-spray and hand brush your tires and windshield before you get pulled into the automatic washer. The $19 dollar Super Wash is the BEST option if you ask me!! It washes,waxes and seals the finish!! Along with an underside wash to remove road dirt,and more importantly,the winter SALT!! The wax and sealant they use gives the BEST SHINE I have ever seen!! The UNLIMITED package is the best for 2 months at $58 dollars!! Beware! I have used the self service car wash twice recently. The posted charge is $5.00 per 4 minutes. I used my debit card for 2 cycles each time. I expected to see $10.00 for each visit. If my car hadn't parked under a bird infested tree, I wouldn't have came here. And will not come here again. The man, assuming it was the owner, was extremely rude, making faces when I inched up ever so slightly, and said in disgust, when I say stop, stop! Then, he gave my car a boot in the butt as it was going into the wash. When I left my mirrors out to be washed, he said don't blame me when they break off. Their driers don't dry, so they wipe the gfffffffffffffffdddcar off with terrible towels upon your exit. Time for some upgrades, maybe? I'd travel 20 miles for a good car wash next time. read more

They have one small area for one car only where you can wash your own car, and that's the only part I'd use. Went through the automated car wash and came out with scratches and it wasn't clean. Approached the employee (owner?) and he basically told me to pound sand, I asked if I could use one of his towels to dry it myself as I didn't trust them, he said no. Never visited here before, but it was necessary due to winter salt and dirt. A little pricey for such a "short" carwash. I always go to the touch free in my area, but this was not touch free. Got the works - not sure what the "Yelp discount" is but I didn't get that... and was surprised to see another employee at the end waiting to wipe the car dry! Well, that never happens at my local establishment.... so I was happy about that. I rarely wash my car but with the salt covered headlights, I figured it was time. Friday afternoon in January, no line but a car did go through the automatic right after me. Friendly car wash staff even though it was below freezing outside. And it was my first time so I didn't know about the mirrors. They folded them in at he start and the woman drying the car folded them back out. Nice service. Although I was just aiming for a break from the salt damage, the car looks great. With it being winter and my poor Jeep covered in salt and sand, I was in desperate need of a car wash. Luckily this place was open and not super busy on a Sunday. I also was able to use the yelp discount on the works package which I thought was great. Line moved pretty fast. This is one of the shorter car washes I've been in but it seems to have all the standard wash/wax/etc functionality. I'm also glad it was a nice, warm day because their towel dryers, who stand at the end of the car wash, didn't have to freeze! I'll probably be back again! read more

I just used the self serve. It's open 24-7 which is awesome. Every machine you need from car mat cleaners (worked great) to high pressure wash, brushes that foam, for the cape this is as good as I have found. Vacuum were powerful. It's funny to read of people's reactions when their car doesn't come out "showroom quality" from an automatic car wash. I've been in the automotive business for over twenty years and the automatic car wash systems in place today are "maintenance" cleaners for your automobile. If you car is truly that dirty and go more than 14 days without cleaning your car, then please don't be surprised when 50 feet of high pressure water and soap doesn't bring back your vehicle to brand new. It is your personal responsibility to maintain your car's finish. That's why the "self-service bays" are available at most locations. Good luck to you guys in Orleans. Quick car wash ok but paid $4 extra to have wheels cleaned & had to do it myself. They were only partially cleaned. No pride in work!
