This is one of the better antique malls we've been too. Well laid out and a little bit of everything for everyone. The staff were incredibly helpful and respectfully made sure to check if we needed anything brought up to the counter. This was super helpful and freed up our hands as well ended up finding many Royal Haeger treasures. Once they knew we were set on the pieces they began wrapping and boxing our items carefully while we finished shopping. It was easy to be wrung up and they were the kindest people. While some of the prices are a bit more than I'd want to pay, most of the booths have some sort of discount as well as opportunity to negotiate if it's not marked as "firm". Holy wow!!! Allow me to say this first: I am a very avid antique collector and collect a vast array of antiques and collectibles. ...and? I can honestly say I was more than blown away by this place! I had got there maybe two hours before closing and STILL didn't even get to see it all! From the outside it really doesn't look like much, but let it be known: this place is HUGE!!! It is so full of goodies and genuine, collectible antiques. Unlike how many 'antique' stores frequently like to line their shelves with a lot of cheap, not even old crap - this place didn't do that. Every single booth in here had an extremely genuine selection and I didn't see even one single booth that was less than par compared to the others. Actually, thank God I got here so late and only got to shop here for two hours or I would have just kept spending!! I found so many awesome finds here, I left thrilled! One reviewer before mentioned the staff being around every corner lurking. I will agree with this, to an extent. I don't often like to have people watch me while I shop, but with a place as big as this, I certainly do like an employee nearby so when I want to see in a case I can do so without making a huge hassle out of it. I never once felt "stalked" by the employees though. I felt like each room had one or two employees walking the isles asking if they could help you see a case or take something up front for you. This kind of customer service I have never received so well in ANY antique store before (and believe me, I have been all over high and low antique shopping for years now!). I am also a highly sensitive person who likes my space and hates to feel "watched," but again the employees kept their distance while also making themselves readily available when needed. They were all extremely friendly too, I couldn't believe how such a large staff could all be so nice! There is a basement here full of sale items that I didn't even have time to look at. The main floor is so huge you will need hours to look through it all. AND there is an upstairs!! Three levels, yes, that is right! I can honestly say there is something for all collectors alike here... from glassware, to jewelry, to war memorabilia, old tins, metals of all kinds, coins, country decor and furniture... the list seriously goes on! I have never raved about one antique store so much here on Yelp but this place really blew my mind. This place was pretty large...another time consuming place to visit so plan ahead, especially on Sundays when other shops may close earlier. However this one stays open till 5PM! There are lots of glass cases with items in them...mostly vintage jewelry which can take a long time to look through as well and can get overwhelming so I pretty much scan it quickly. I was looking for vintage valentines cards and found a great variety however the price was WAY too much...I'm talking $7.99 for some and about $3.99 on the cheap side...no thank you. The basement is a wonderful 75% off everything down there which is nice and there are a lot of thing to choose from but I didn't find anything this time. The rest of the shop has so many rooms to look at you may want to designate a floor plan and stick to it to make sure all grounds are covered. There is pretty much every kind of vintage...antique item your heart has ever desired in this shop so its fun to pick through everything. And they do have a little soda machine with a few pop drinks and some water when you get thirsty or need to just sit down for a minute in the spacious break area. This is a good antique store, with a large selection of interesting, pieces. Even though it's 45 miles away, we were pleased enough to be repeat customers. After the experience we had yesterday, however, I don't think that we will ever be going back to Sandwich. My husband and I were interested in a love seat that was 50% off. It needed a lot of repairs but we were still interested. The first person we saw said that she would ask about a further discount and went upstairs. Moments later, somebody different came running down the stairs yelling at us about unreasonable requests. She was so harsh and cruel that she made me cry. So, if you want to shop at place that has typically been a pretty fair resource for interesting goods, BUT comes with a slight chance of being reduced to tears by a belligerent employee, then this is the place for you. read more

Huge, huge antique store. There is a little bit of everything in here, and then some. This mall is about 25,000 square feet and we spent nearly 2 hours just walking around and taking in all the items they had. Some items are super reasonable, others more expensive than I have seen, but all in all I'm willing to go back! read more

Don't judge this place by the outside! It goes on, and on...and on! There is so much to find, you'd need the entire day to go through this Antique Center thoroughly. There are several sections - some all in cases, some out for people to view up close and touch/pick-up, and then the "clearance" section downstairs. Definitely some great buys to be had down there! Every different room had several employees walking around, ready to open a case, hold an item for you, or answer any questions. I was most impressed that this really seemed to lack the crap that most antique shops and flea markets house. The vast majority of items were sincerely antiques. I'm curious to know how often items turn over, but based on how many items are here, I doubt I would even remember what I've seen. I will be back! read more

Today my sister and I went in to buy two bowl sets for my father, for Christmas. I just graduated high school, and my sister is a junior in college, so I understand we looked young. Any fan of Pyrex bowl sets know they aren't cheap. The two sets combined to be $894, and throughout our whole visit we underwent snarky comments. "Well these are pricey, these prices are firm" so on and so on. Also, we were shot weird looks from multiple employees, as if young adults aren't able to buy gifts for their parents. If these items weren't so rare, I would've taken my business elsewhere. I regret giving them my money, and will stear others from visiting this store in the future. read more

Love this antique mall! Large variety of actual antiques and vintage! Three floors that are full and designated for date cut off with the upper level being antique, vintage, collectible and decor accents. They automatically give 10% off items $20 or more that are not marked down or indicated "firm" and prices are fair. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. It is in a great location, easy to find, and parking. A nice space with lots to look at. I think the prices are expensive, especially in a bad economy. Usually you can find really expensive booths to cheaper booths at antique malls not so much here. Then everything we liked was Not For Sale! Why do you have awesome items NFS, if you don't want to part with it the items don't show them. The basement had cheap prices so look hard. As a visitor from out of state, I discovered the antique centre through family members who live in the area. In size, variety, and the quality of its merchandise, this store is beyond amazing. I write this review, however, to highlight the impeccable integrity I experienced firsthand. An unprecedented, unfortunate mix-up of twin items led to a mutually difficult problem. The store manager fully owned the error, was 100% responsive to my position, and was swift to "make it right." She was extremely gracious in every way possible. The staff keeps a close eye on customers which I'm sure is what they're supposed to do but it's weird when you turn around and a stranger is standing 5 feet away from you waiting to ask if you need any help. This is one of the better antique malls in the area. They seem strict on only antiques so you are not wading though a bunch of garage sale junk, as some antique malls have become. A good amount of antique furniture to pick from. read more
