Upon being told we were in network and having several appointments scheduled and attended we received a bill and told we were in fact not in network and would be sent to collections if not paid. I would never go to a medical office let alone make follow ups if I was told we were out of network. When I argued this they said it is on us to see if we were in network and that we shouldn't just go by what THE DENTIST OFFICE TELLS YOU.
