Siesta Dental was incredible. We were traveling, and my 12-year-old suddenly had an emergency dental issue. The new owner, Dr. Mariano De La Riva, went way out of his way to help us. He responded quickly, got us in right away, and handled everything with genuine care and professionalism. Beware of this place. I wad quoted $250 for an extraction, lost a days pay of work to go there. After an xray, the $250 quickly became $1200. A normal $60 gas fee wad $300. I am going to an honest oral surgeon, who after seeing my xray is charging $400 for the extraction, not $1200. The Russian dentist here was so rude and nasty because I said I couldnt afford it. I called and talked to an office manager who said I will not be refunded my $98 xray fee, kept cutting me off when I asked why the low price was given to lure me in and then said I need to apply for administator, will put my comment ina suggestion box, and then hung up on me. Do yourself a big favor and stay clear of this shady office that only tries to trick patients into getting stuck paying the $98. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. A completely unprofessional business. I don't recommend going here at all. I went in for a teeth cleaning and whitening and while I was in the chair they asked me to schedule a wisdom teeth removal appointment which I did and put a 300 down payment on for a 3,000 service. I canceled the appointment the next day because they do not use anesthesia and I feel I need it because of some other health issues I have. I asked about getting my refund back and was told I would shortly. This was months ago. I have called many times because I have still not gotten my deposit back and have been left with no answers being told I would get a call back that I never received or that I would get the deposit within so many days which never came. The last straw is that I called today and a man answered and hung up on me. I will be calling daily now multiple times if I have to until this issue is resolved since no one else is taking care of it. Stay away from these business. I genuinely feel at this point that I have been scammed by this business and after reading other reviews I am not the only person who feels this way. read more

Just visited and I will tell you it was the WORST experience I have ever had in a dental office. I had an extremely painful tooth infection and called 5 different numbers all calling this dentist. I told him I would be coming from the Punta gorda area and I only had 150 dollars. He assured me that would be enough and that he would bill me the rest and was so rude in the rest of the phone call. I drive ALL 50 miles and I arrive to a VERY VERY rude receptionist who was no help what AT ALL either and left with no help and a still very painful toothache and swollen face. I wouldn't in a million years recommend them. Save your money and find a friendly dentist who tells his patients the truth. No stars!! read more

Dr. Gaukhman is awesome! Friendly staff and offices are extremely nice, clean, and inviting. With multiple offices it is very convenient to make an appointment. They also have Emergency services and will see you after hours if you need to! I highly recommend this dentistry for all of your dental needs. read more

Dr Gaulman is definitely the best dentist I've ever had. Few other dentists recommended me to change my bite with braces. But the actual problem was that my front teeth were too long, it wasn't a bite!!! I'm glad that I didn't listen to other doctors advices and found this dentistry! This office is so short staffed that Dr. Gaukham usually answers the phone himself - without identifying himself or the company. He is very arrogant and rude. His records are not up to date - he is missing an entire year of my records. When I requested that my records be transferred to another dentist he said there would be a $100 charge per person to do so! I thought that I had already paid for my X-rays, making them my property. read more
