The day of the installation, the installer called two different times to let me know he was delayed on another job giving me an estimated time of arrival. He took time, even on his birthday, to make sure the doors worked properly making minor adjustments to be sure everything was aligned and functional. The day after the installation, one of the doors wouldn't close properly. I called the company and they sent two people to check the problem. Turns out I had bumped the laser eye at the bottom of the door which prevented the door from closing. Simple and quick fix. I highly recommend this company.

Dawn returned my call a bit later; she thought she could have someone come out late afternoon to assess the damage. Before noon Dawn called to let me know her guys were on their way over. CJ and Derick arrived and fixed the door straight away, and then noticed two other issues from installation by another local garage door company which they promptly fixed. I also asked if they could get rid of the squeal the door has made ever since they were installed. They did, and mentioned it was due to the other garage door company's poor installation. They lubed both garage doors, and when testing the door noticed a "knot" in the cable wire that pulls the door up and down which caused the wire to almost jump off it's track. Once again, this issue was from the other garage door company. CJ also informed me of regular maintenance I should perform on the doors, and told me about an issue related to normal wear and tear that I should lookout for in the future. He showed me and explained the issue that many garage doors have due to springs wearing out from normal usage. Now I will know what to look for when this happens in the future. Everyone I spoke with and dealt with today from Dawn who arranged the service visit to the two repairmen who performed the service was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. This company had great reviews which is why I called them instead of the garage door company who originally installed my doors. They not only lived up to the reviews I read, but their prompt and professional service exceeded my expectations. I will only do business with this company in the future!! I highly recommend them!

They were timely in returning our calls, they came to our home promptly, reviewed the installation, and provided us with a detailed quote with options. Upon investigation, we realized we could not open the door, despite pulling the release. It's now after 4:30 and we need the car trapped in the garage for morning appointments. We called several vendors, none of whom could help us at least until the following afternoon. Overhead Door of Glens Falls, took my call, said she would see if she could get in touch with her techs, called me back and the techs arrived about 5:15.
