It was truly one of the best catering experiences I have had from the professionalism of the onsite staff to the exceptional quality of every dish served. I was unfortunately too busy managing the event (and enjoying the food) to take photos, but the menu absolutely deserves recognition. Highlights included the perfectly seasoned Farmer's Market Scramble, Chicken Apple Sausage, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with Blueberry Sauce, and Herb Roasted Potatoes for breakfast. Lunch featured incredibly tender Short Ribs, perfectly glazed and moist Grilled Chicken, grilled polenta, and the best honey butter cornbread I have ever had. Our guests consistently commented on how outstanding the food was...and this group is not easily impressed when it comes to catering. A sincere thank you to Pinky and the entire team for delivering such a seamless and memorable experience. The Persian Chicken Kabobs are excellent. Between Santorini and Danville International Market I think Diamondbite's has the juiciest by far. Grilled to perfection. For the ground meat kabobs, I can only recommend the Beef version. The ground chicken was dry and overly seasoned - salty to the point of being inedible. The saffron rice is also good, though some more oil would be nice. They also offer extreme contrast of flavors - a side of pickled cabbage that's really tart and a single jalapeño pepper that's spicy for me. Definitely plan to try some of their other offerings. They ran out of Aush Resteh last time so it'll be something to look forward to forward too.

The food ultimately arrived about an hour late. When I later discussed the situation with the owner, I had hoped for understanding and a simple acknowledgment of the mistake. Instead, I was met with repeated excuses and defensiveness. Despite the clear communication leading up to the event, there was no apology and no acceptance of responsibility for the late delivery. The food itself was good. However, what left the most negative impression was not the delay itself, but the complete lack of accountability afterward. Delays happen, but customers deserve honest communication and ownership when things go wrong. Unfortunately, because of the way this situation was handled, I cannot recommend this business to others and will not be using their services again.

Kasey is super responsive and very efficient with how Kasey and Koy both run this amazing company. The baby shower was for 50+ plus people. So we opted with the grazing table. They offer so many options and most of them are easy to make completely vegan and that's what we did. The day of, Koy came at the scheduled time and got to work. I do have to apologize as I was mostly absent running around, setting up, getting the mother to be ready, etc.. When I came back to start greeting the guests, I was blown away with how beautiful the grazing table was. I mean, Koy does amazing work!! All of of the crackers, breads, fruits were so fresh and the vegan cheese??? The best! People were amazed that the cheese was vegan and that there were so many items to choose from. We appreciate the bamboo plates and wooden sporks, and we appreciate even more the minimal waste. That is very important to us. Thank you very much for the lovely spread.
