Trying to order something special for someone special for a special group of people when our friend lost her beloved sweetheart after a battle with cancer during Crazy Covid times, Wild Weather, uncertainty every which way we turn, I knew I wanted to use Olive and Cocoa for this mission. I learned of Olive and Cocoa and their amazing floral arrangements that speak volumes from my dad ordering them for me, my sisters, our Mom and our grown children and bonus children. Besides the quality and beauty and the amazing gifts these arrangements make and the message they send of love and care, I've been impressed with the quality of craftsmanship, the quality of care of the staff and company and the quality of their customer service when things out of their control go wrong. In the many orders made by my Dad, and the two I have made, there was only two times that Olive and Cocoa called up their amazing customer service rep. One time was one of my dad's orders to my mom and O & C immediately sent a replacement when the arrangement arrived a day late (due to FedEx issues) and in their standard, not in perfect shape. The second time was this time for me, as I labored under a tight time frame when our dear friend's husband died and in less than two days they were holding the funeral. I ordered the arrangement (paid for by donations from our class so I felt extra responsibility and accountability), and paid for next day delivery. Only it didn't make it and was not out for delivery until the end of the second day. Georgia, the Olive and Cocoa Angel Customer Service rep was on it as soon as I emailed and she called and explained FedEx was playing catchup after a big winter storm, they would stop delivery and have them throw away the original order because it would not be up to their standard for delivery. Put in an immediate order for a new arrangement that got sent out before the end of that day and delivered the next day and they refunded the next day delivery fee I had paid. Georgia was kind, patient, held my hand to reassure me that she understood how important this was to us and our dear friend. I will recommend to anyone I know and anyone who reads this: You will never go wrong with an Olive and Cocoa gift for quality, beauty, the message it sends, for high class and for knowing you and your business are appreciated and they really do care. I usually don't leave anyone reviews...so I guess the saying is true 'there's a first time for everything'. It's my birthday today and my parents always send me a gift - although as the years go by shopping for me has gotten much harder. Now that we're in different states, I guess my parents were running out of cool options for me; considering, I'm the girl that has everything... they were just running out of ideas. So today when I opened up a box, which I knew was from them... I had such a smile on my face from the second that I opened up my box - I really felt like a kid again. I opened up the box, just like I would any other. But what was inside was super cool. It was a wooden box tied with a bow. The box is so cool I'm going to use it to store some of my odds and ends that I have collected through the years. And to think it's just a box, but, it's a super cool and unusual accent piece. But when I opened up the box is when I really thought... awww my parents really love me. It was perfect!!!! I had been reviewing the Olive and Cocoa catalogue during the holidays and selected a fresh floral arrangement for my dearest relative. Both the smaller size and the expensive shipping charges soon had me regretting my selection. Upon receiving the arrangement my relative was polite but underwhelmed......after being asked for a review I provided an honest review. I felt this product was over-priced and not a good value. I have always used Olive & Cocoa for corporate and baby gifts. Customer service and product quality has always been on point. I also plan a lot of corporate events and recently decided to use Olive & Cocoa for our corporate retreat gifts. Rose Floral Scarf - While I have received the Olive & Cocoa catalog for quite a while, I never placed an order until the recent Christmas catalog that had a wonderful Rose pattern floral scarf featured. On an impulse, I ordered the scarf and it turned out to be one of my wife's most favorite gifts this past Christmas. The beautiful rose pattern coupled with the fine quality of the fabric was an instant hit with her as she absolutely loves romantic Victorian clothing items. The packaging was perfect and I could not be happier with this purchase. I have been ordering from Olive and Cocoa for quite a few years. I have given gifts of flowers, stuffed animals, baby "welcome home" crates, a crown bird feeder, candy crates and more! Each gift has been unique and well worth the cost. All so greatly appreciated, that when I arrive at a baby shower or party without the Olive and Cocoa signature wooden crate, I hear groans of disappointment. I have never had an issue with any purchase but am confident that it would be handled quickly and to my satisfaction. I came across the "Olive & Cocoa catalog couple years ago while in Salt Lake City at an appointment. I thought their food crates looked amazing and even reminded me of a store I have previously visited called Artichokes and Company. I decided to order a sweet crate for a friends birthday and have it shipped to her home. The ordering process online seemed pretty easy. The gift arrived on time for my friends birthday and she was so surprised and thrilled with the gift. She said she had never imagined getting so many sweet treats in one package. My mother bought my sister's and me a pair of slippers for our birthdays this year. They are beautiful. I put them on my dresser just to look at them for a few weeks. Of course I wear them now. I bought a gift for my niece from Olive & Cocoa. It was a fabric barn with matching barn animals and a matching book. She is two-years-old and the gift was perfect for her. She loves playing with the soft animals, and I don't have to worry about small parts or anything breaking. The book is very cute, too, and she acts out the story using the farm animals. Olive & Cocoa Eiffel Tower Ferris Wheel My partner and I love this company for their unique products. A friend sent us a gift from O&C recently. This was a gift to be used as a tablescape for a party we were hosting. We actually added a small motor so that the wheel turned. We had to make some adjustments to the piece so that it rotated smoothly but the end result made an interesting centerpiece.
