Cute shop unfortunately could not enjoy and look at all the wines due to the older man working there . He made me and my family feel very awkward. He was literally following us around the store . I caught him "pretending" to fix wine on a shelf just so he could look my husband up and down and even looking at the bottom of the stroller as if we were there to steal bottles of wine ? There were two other couples in the store that he did not follow around like us. Maybe because we aren't white not sure but there are so many better wine stores with friendly staff and environment I'd rather spend my money on . read more

My mother in law and I visited this shop for the first time last week and it was Absolutely Amazing!! The service was incredible. The shop owner and one of the staff talked us through the oils and vinegars and let us taste whichever ones we wanted. I couldn't believe how good the products are. I've been using the garlic mushroom olive oil every day because I'm obsessed! Great wine selection as well. I think he was maybe one of the owners as well and walked us the all the regions and asked questions about what my MIL liked. We walked out with so much wine, olive oil and vinegars and we will be back for sure!! read more

The store was not busy at all. Just one other person besides us. Again, it was not busy. Well went again. Still love the selection but it's not self helping on the tiny samples. I would've wanted to test maybe 5 each of oil and 5 of vinegar but each time you need to wait for the lady to give you a thimble full and she's either behind the counter, talking to someone, ringing up someone, etc so it's not convenient and off-putting. So instead of leisurely pouring my own thimble and perhaps spending $$$ on many bottles, I left empty handed. There were 3 of us they lost money on. Since that's their new policy I won't go back. Too much of a pita to wait and on someone else and feeling like I was a pita. So there's that. read more

I have to say - this was the BEST thing experience we ever had in an oil and vinegar shop! We just moved to the area and saw this shop on Trip advisor. The last review was 2020 when people were being snotty to each other - so I had to go see for myself and wow - I can't say enough great things about this small business! The family who owns this shop is amazing and so are their employees. They treat everyone with genuine hospitality and have such a great knowledge of the products they sell. Love the insights on oils, vinegars & their world wide variety of wines! We got to taste many oils and vinegars and shooed for gifts too! We found out They have a Thursday wine and tapas made by the owners - tasting every week. The also have specials on holidays. Their prices are reasonable and their gift packs are something more I will be gathering up for the holidays! We bought several wines, oils, vinegars - to enjoy with some goat chips and caprese salad at home tonite. They were beautifully wrapped too! We got the perfect garlic oil for searing our meat and an aged wine from Spain to compliment our meal - we will definitely be back! These folks have made long term customers of us! I absolutely love this place! They are so helpful in helping you find whatever you are looking for, and more. I have many olive oils and balsamics that I keep for so many of the delicious recipes they provide, and I always love sampling new ones. Came in for some much needed chocolate for a wine night with the neighbors. They offered a local brand called Josh's Chocolate made in Boise. It was delicious! The ingredients were super clean. The woman I spoke with was very knowledgeable about wine regions and you could tell she was passionate. I look forward to coming in here again to buy Idaho made gifts for people. read more

Tasting was nice- no breads, just put vinegars in a small cup. The woman who helped was knowledgeable & helpful in making suggestions. Giving them 3 stars because the owner, Craig, wasn't wearing a mask when we walked in while talking a patron without a mask on also. So, a friend of mine brought a salad to dinner one night, and the dressing, well it was INCREDIBLE! She assured me that although it tasted sweet that it was Paleo friendly. I have nasty inflammation issues with processed sugars and I was sure I would pay for my indulgence the next day, but it was so good I decided it was worth it. Next day was completely without complications from processed sugars, so I guess she was right about it being Paleo friendly. (Sure doesn't taste like it though, tastes like liquid candy with a nice vinegary punch!) I asked my friend for the recipe, asked again, and again until she gave it to me and then when I could not find the balsamic vinegar she told me to, I asked her where. She sent me to Olive and Vyne and hundreds of dollars later I am still going back again and again. OMG, they have so many wonderful flavors and they let you just spend as much time as you want taking sample after sample of the various flavors. They share "pairing" ideas with you, which I always forget by the time I am home, but in short order all that I bought is gone and I have to go back again. Who needs drugs when you can have flavored balsamic vinegars? Much better tasting, that is for sure. This appears to be a wonderful addiction. read more

Just stumbled across this place after having breakfast!!! Such tasty products to try! They sell unique and tasty oils and balsamic vinegars to mix or try separately! Great little store in Eagle. Super friendly staff (owner) went in for dark balsamic & came out with that plus another vinegar and several different oils. I told my husband that I wanted to go into Olive and Vyne and taste some olive oils. I thought he would look at me like I was crazy, but as usual, he was just accommodating and said, sure! Let's go! We met hope, the owner, and she gave us her personal tour through her olive oils. There were too many amazing varieties to talk about but I will tell you of my favorites: the Cucumber, Persian lime, blood orange, and pear. So off the hook. I am an olive oil kind of sore and I have never had anything quite this good before. Her Blends are amazing. She also had some great balsamiq and olive oil dishes for a reasonable price. This shop is very welcoming! It is set up as a tasting room and I love the concept of try-before-you-buy. The staff member that helped me was attentive and very informative. They even had recipes to go along with the oils and vinegars I purchased. I love the combination of Meyer Lemon Olive Oil and Huckleberry Balsamic Vinegar. I accidently discovered them in May when my mom came to visit. They have the most amazing selection of infused olive oils and flavored vinegars! You can taste everything with little bread cubes and they will recommend combinations of oil and vinegar for everything from salad dressings to marinades. I go there all the time to replenish my supply of oils and vinegar. It's my new favorite place and the only place I buy vinegar or olive oil. read more

I particularly enjoy cooking with the Tuscan oil. Such a unique flavor. The Meyer lemon is also one of my favorites. The store also has a wide variety of gift items that are special. I have never been to a tasting room for olive oil and vinegar. I had so much fun tasting every oil and vinegar. The owners were so kind and obviously veritable experts on oils and vinegars. They took us on a oil and vinegar tasting tour right in their shop. They had recipes out to help with ideas for using certain flavors. I ended up buying numerous pairings of oil and vinegar and had them shipped to friends and family and I had a lot shipped to myself (I was visiting Boise). The packaging was beautiful. I LOVE useful gifts. I will probably do all of my Christmas shopping here. read more
