I just bought a pair is Birkenstocks which are not cheap and they are squeaky and the buckle is not adjustable. They are not willing to return or refund. It was less than a week ago and have never been worn. I called customer service line and they were of no help either. This place should really be closed down. It is not a good service based business. The Ross here in Corpus Christi is the best by far. Visiting from NYC I found there store organized well, staff friendly and the variety of things such as home goods was astonishing.
