The camarón botanero was my favorite. It was prepared with garlic, white wine, and spices, and was absolutely delicious. The service was attentive, and since it was a particularly slow day, we were able to enjoy the beautiful weather and dine outside. We also had small chat with the chefs, who were having dinner after their shift, which made the experience feel even more personal and memorable.
