Robinson Family Clinic has been an answer to my prayers. They are a medical facility but they take a much more holistic approach to care, which is what I'd been praying for. They are all caring and friendly and I feel truly cared for, not like I'm just a patient number on a chart, which is how I've felt everywhere else. I truly feel listened to and cared about. I see Lindsey, the NP, and she has been exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a primary care physician.

This is a great doctors office to be a patient at because of the resources they have access to…read more They have an on-site lab so there is never any of this see the doctor then make an appointment at a lab for basic blood test then wait a week before you get results. In most cases your doctor will have your results the same day. The Watson clinic also has specialist that you can see at other locations and they will already have access to all your records which is super convenient. My primary care team is really helpful anytime I have a health concern I am comfortable talking to my doctor and asking questions.

I had done my hospital follow up with the hospital cardiologist but he didn't seem concerned with my symptoms so I decided to see another doctor and wound up with Dr. Rattes. Dr. Rattes takes a thorough medical history, listens to your concerns, performs a proper medical exam, and then will send you for testing as he sees necessary. He ends the visit by asking "have I answered all of your questions today". The first test didn't give a conclusive reason for my symptoms, so I am now having some more done. The staff was also friendly with helping me make appointments around my schedule to find child care and there is a portal where you can view your records.
