I've been MIA on YELP, sadly, but I've decided to come back because I think this business deserves…read moresome kind of a fist-bump-explode action...all I'm saying. Here's the deal: Everytime I go to some networking, social shindig, I make it a point to give my personal biz card (Yes, I said "personal," not to be confused with my professional one). And every single time, the recipient will say, "Oh my, these cards are great...it's so YOU!" Thaaat's right...and that's exactly what I expected from graphic artist extraordinaire, Jenny Domingo, when I asked her to create a business card for me that is quirky, bold, unexpected, and ME. Working with Jenny is a breeze. She listens to what you envision, she gets it, she executes, and she executes it flawlessly. She has an amazing eye for design and color combo, which in my opinion, is ultra important when trying to capture attention. More importantly, you'll get along with her...seamlessly. She is that cool and friendly--so much so, that you wished you knew her in high school. She's unpretentious but remains professional, not in the stuffy sense. Believe me when I say, "You'll like her." Finally, her designs are effective. What do you mean, you ask? Let's put it this way: I was so overjoyed by the final design of my biz card that I posted it on my FB page, and a freelance client hired me on the spot---without even touching the actual business card. I'm telling you...well worth it. Oh, and P.S. Her biz partner Odeen rocks, too.

I truly wanted to leave a positive review for this shop, but my experience has been extremely…read moredisappointing from beginning to end. I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

So easy , everyone is so friendly and definitely is beating everyone else in pricing!read more

We researched local providers to help with developing a Logo, Webpage and Business Cards. Jen, from the first phone call, was amazing. We knew nothing except how to order cards. We had ideas and she was forthright, honest and gave great reasoning for why our idea(s) may not work. She said she'd have 3 logos for us to look at in 4 weeks and she was spot on. We decided, with her, on the best design and with minor tweaks we were done. This will be a progression for us and we for sure will be coming back to her in the near future for Website and Cards. With Gratitude! Thanks Jen! Jim & Paul. Vert Interiors Plantscape Design & Maintenance.

I've never before written a negative review, and I've waited a long time to write this one, simply…read morebecause I try to avoid criticizing people. However, I've had so many difficulties with Jen Chapman that I can't hold off any longer. She did build a website for me, which is why I gave her two stars, but it was a difficult and frustrating process. After the initial meetings, she would no longer talk to me on the phone but only accepted emails, which she often didn't respond to at all. When she did respond, it was clear that she hadn't read much of what was in them, even tho I made my emails as brief and well organized as I could so they would be clear to her. She ignored many of my requests and seemed to follow her own ideas without regard for what I wanted. There were times it was so difficult to deal with her that I ended up accepting less than I wanted just to get the job completed. The last straw, and why I'm posting this review now, was when I recently emailed her asking for login credentials for my website. My email was friendly and positive, asking how she was and thanking her in advance. Her reply, without any response to my good wishes for her, was simply "I don't have that information any more.". No greeting or signature, just that curt message. A marketing firm who will be working on my website told me that they have worked with web developers for many years and have never ever seen a response like that, or a refusal to help with such basic information. If you're considering Jen, beware. I'm not alone in my opinion; my experience was just like that of another reviewer. There are probably many more out there.
