We wanted to save money on wedding invitations and decided on buying a digital invitation set from Etsy and printing it at a local shop. It was probably one of the best things we could have done, both cost-wise and sanity-wise and I recommend others do it this way as well. They always answered the phones and e-mailed back immediately with every single combination/quote I could throw at them and believe me, I was relentless. I compared them to other local print shops and they were more than happy to work with me on pricing but honestly, it was their customer service that sold me. When I asked them if I could come see the invitation in person, they already had it printed on different cardstock along with envelope options waiting for me. Avante is fantastic. I stumbled upon them as I was looking for a place to get a few things printed last minute for our animal rescue. So I just stopped by the office. They are really friendly, took on the job and actually printed while I waited. And then on top of that, they donated the printing to our rescue. They're fantastic! About a week later, I had one day to get a poster printed for an event our rescue was doing. So I emailed the files first thing in the morning to Renee (who is amazing), they had the poster printed by the end of the day! Okay, seriously??? Props to this company! I took my wedding invitation, RSVP cards & wedding maps to a competitor a week ago, and it took him until yesterday to even start on them. He kept sending me back proofs with fonts different from my sample. I told him forget the invitation, just please print us out the RSVPs & maps. He said he was going out of town the next day (today), but he'd send me the proof by end of business. I didn't hear from him, so I took my plans to Avanté. Renée was so helpful, she said she'd have them for me next day. She wasn't joking. She started on them this morning around 11, and had my invitations, maps, and RSVPs printed & ready for pickup by 3. The competitor did finally send me the proof at 130 this afternoon... STILL with different fonts than my sample. I told them thanks, but no thanks. I mean, come on. This place is OUTSTANDING!! I called Avante after just doing a google search after the normal printing company I worked with never responded to emails or phone calls (so they lost a customer!). I called early morning and was told that not only could they get my invitations printed for half the price if I were to order online, but they could also have them printed that day. I forwarded over my images via email and got a phone call a few hours later letting me know they were done. Since they close their doors while I still am at work, they left my order in front of their business so that I can swing by and pick them up. Once I opened my order, it was exactly what I wanted -size, color, quantity- everything on point. It was seriously the easiest transaction I have had in quite awhile. I am pro local business and was so happy to hear this is a family runned locally owned business. I will be printing all of my invitations here for future events and highly recommend them to all of my friends and family! read more

After reading reviews of this business on Yelp, I decided to try them out for a trade-show brochure and for business cards. This was the first time I'd needed to have print materials produced, and I was very nervous about it... Working with Avante... I'm nervous no more! Avante completely deserves their 5-star rating. From my first call with them, to the point I picked up my orders a few days later, they had far exceeded any expectation that I had ( and I was under a very tight timeframe and unfortunately had to ask if they could get the orders done fast... so my expectations were very high, I think) Top customer service, excellent follow-up and status updates, very fast service, fantastic print quality, and they have fantastic prices too! I honestly honestly can't say enough about this company. I came in to get my wedding invitations printed and I was blown away with what great service they gave me. I worked with Cheryl who instantly made me feel important and worked with me on getting the right paper quality and color so that my invitations would be perfect. I am very familiar with professional printing since I do a lot for my company in the architectural industry. It is an extremely time consuming and meticulous job that you have to have a trained eye to be able to color match and be very precise about. Cheryl worked with me on doing numerous color proofs until I was happy with the result. I was so impressed with her. The employees there are all so awesome, I got to talk to a number of them and they worked to get my job done in literally less than a day on this labor day weekend. I just went and picked them up and they we perfect, absolutely perfect, the paper was that nice professional looking linen and the color was right on.
