During my initial walk through she really listened to my needs and expectations. She even asked more in depth questions of cleaning things I did not think of like inside of cabinets, behind the washer/dryer, etc. I have only lived in my place for a year and she cleaned it more throughly than it was when I moved in. I asked if she did windows and I am so happy with the results. She removed the screens and cleaned those separately, waited till they dried, then put them back in. My bathroom floors are more white that I have ever seen. Great attention to detail was taken and she hit all the high touch areas like the TP holder, light switches, door knobs, etc. She worked out stains I thought were impossible, took apart the stove top and even scrubbed the burner holders from black to silver, I cannot say enough how thorough she was.
