The notion of a boutique offering fine olive oil and balsamic vinegar in Mansfield Ohio takes a moment to get used to. But "Olive Us" is one of the new high end boutiques that have found their way into the slowly gentrifying Mansfield Downtown Carousel district. Try the blueberry balsamic, it makes a fantastic vinaigrette for salads. This is NOT A RESTAURANT. I found this under the local restaurant category. They sell exquisite, but pricey, flavored olive oils, vinegars, salts, and gift items. It's a gorgeous little shop where you can sample the oils prior to purchasing. I recommend it, but don't bring an appetite. read more
