My initial inquiry, through their website, was ignored. Then, I got an appointment by phone - weeks out - and they cancelled it the week of the appointment. The technician was great but did not have the right filter to install in our system so they have to come back... A different technician returned to install the correct filter. He was careful to explain that they had charged me too little, that the filter would be almost twice the price next year, and that this cost them $40 odd dollars. And so I have fired Byrd. I am going to find a local HVAC company that does not treat their customers as an afterthought. There are literally a hundred HVAC companies in the metro Savannah area. There is absolutely no reason to waste your time with a disorganized and unresponsive company. The owner's response on to my negative review on google was to make an untrue personal attack.
