I would definitely recommend both of them. I have a very low tolerance to tooth pain, which makes me very anxious going to the dentist. They assured me that it will be painless (which it was) and explained to me everything that I need to know. Both of them are very straightforward and would answer all my questions without feeling like they are rushing you. Kudos to the everyone at Smiles.

Her space is clean, well laid out and has all the same luxuries that Dr Scarsellone has, TV on the ceiling, hi-tech equipment and inviting space. My entire family now sees him and thinks very highly of him. I had the normal teeth issues- cavities, root canals and crowns and from day one he was truly kind and caring. Very sensitive to if you are in any pain and what is most comfortable for you. Genuine man. He will give you the options for what is available to you and for your problem. the pros and cons and a rough price estimate and most importantly not rush you to make any decision in the moment. I personally had to have quit a bit of work done and he was patient with me and made me very comfortable just taking care of one thing at a time. Another bit of information- My brother was the same, not keen on going to the dentist, had horrible horrible pain and finally he looked like a chipmunk- his infections were SOOO BAD- he made an appointment to see Dr. Scarsellone and never looked back...It was actually scary for awhile because his infection was so bad, he had to go to the hospital for IV antibiotics for a week 3 times a day because regular pills would not help. His gum line was swollen over his actual teeth...but put into the hands of Dr. Scarsellone he was taken care of patiently. Dr. Scarsellone took it one step at a time and made sure he got better and his teeth back under control. My brother now raves about him!!! Most people ask how the dental hygienists are...Again not my favourite thing to do- but I do go and they are very good as well. Sharon has been super to me. The receptionist is wicked- will help you make sure your work and appointments are spaced out correctly so that you can maximize your benefits. I can't say enough about the staff in this office and especially Dr. Scarsellone. Way to go Terrace Heights Dental.

Each time I have been the staff have been very friendly and kind. They answer all the questions I have about the process they will be doing on my teeth. The location is in a great spot and the building is very clean and kept proper. The only complaint I would have is that I had to sit for quite awhile in the waiting room before my apointment. Dr Fedoretz was very kind though and made great conversation while I was getting my dental work done. Overall super happy with university dental. She organized all of my insurance coverage, even calling them to get more information. I thought I had just got her on a good day. Nope! When I went in for my appt she was there and was just as awesome as well as all the wonderful ladies behind the desk. Not to mention they have the newest and coolest massage chair I've ever been in! So that gives them a 5 start just for that! Once all the insurance was cleared up and I went in for my appt it continued to be extremely enjoyable and fun. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He makes sure you understands everything. Not only is the doctor so smart and great but Lori my hygenist was equally as amazing. I walk in, they know me, they treat you like family and all in an incredibly safe environment. I have an overly sensitive gag reflex and they know how to work around it and help me through it. Seriously Dr. Hart should have his own YouTube channel. He narrates the entire procedure and his obvious OCD makes every procedure perfect. His receptionist, Anu, also is a very hard-working person helping me to solve many issues. Another dentist, from another location, asked me $10,000 to solve a problem.
