I volunteer here and every day we get so many compliments of how clean the store is, how nice the clothing is, how organized the merchandise is, and how much the customers appreciate the small thrift store with great prices. Like any thrift store, each day new merchandise is out out, so there is always new treasures to find. Parking can be difficult, but there are two public parking lots within the block of the store for shoppers, if the street parking is full. There are also three great restaurants within a block and food is very good at whichever one you choose. Come discover a treasure and take it home! We have had shoppers from as far away as Seattle, Kamloops, BC, and the San Juan Islands.

Why am I not surprised. ;) I stayed for a few minutes. Out of the 3 Coach outlet stores we stopped in on this road trip, this branch was the smallest. Other than the smaller square footage, it looked like a normal Coach store. After those first few minutes passed, I told my wife that I would fill up the tank at Costco first then come back to pick them up. Well, when I came back....they were gone. The staff members who were there just totally ignored me. Very rude ladies who were no help to me at all. My wife was happy cause she found the same purse here that she had purchased in Oregon. It was the same price, but she saved on taxes by purchasing in Oregon. Her aunt was happy because the Coach purse she purchased here is so much less expensive here than in Vancouver. They could just make me pay for the service, instead I am writing this post because their business practices have made it impossible to shop with them. I will contact the corporate office, however I want to make sure everyone knows I have been shopping there for years and now will spend more at another establishment rather than be treated like my business is not important to this company. Start a new account, you say? I tried. They won't except my partners form of payment. We even called to try to figure it out with customer service, and they could not give us a specific reason as to why they would not take anyone of the two payment methods we offered. My wife and I are expecting, some came in and stocked up on lots of onesies, full outfits, and pj's for our little one-to-be! The prices are extremely affordable and the quality of clothes is great! You don't always know what you're going to get with resale/consignment, but this place is great! High quality with low prices...you can't beat it!
