Please view my previous and current out of business photos. Previously in the past two years I have purchased deliveries of firewood as seen in my photos attached. This business also sold mulch, stones, rocks for landscaping residents with a delivery fee. The firewood delivery from 10/22/2022 was seasoned and burned very well in my family room fireplace with insert and adjustable heat blower fan. The salesman and owner was Joel and secretary Cindy very helpful on the phone and in person. (photo attached of business card) Driver Geoff was polite and efficient with the dump truck and my property with a charge for delivery of $40.00. The price of firewood was good and satisfied my need to burn in the Fall and Winter cold months in Michigan. Now when I called the office at the beginning of January to request a firewood delivery I heard a long recording with selections to different departments and then was never connected. Instead I left 3 messages and as of today I called and left My final message that I am no longer a happy customer. If they have moved to another location then SAY SO! If they have completely gone out of business then SAY SO or leave a sign message on the office doors out front! Lack of communication for 4 weeks to customers calling is very impolite! That part didn't go as well as it should have, the weather turned up the heat, and for as much as I watered: still the plants were charred by the string of super sunny, hot days. Left with no choice other than to make another purchase-this time I was smart enough to ask Auburn Oaks to add delivery and install of the plants to my bill. WHAT a FABULOUS choice!! Coming here's a pleasure because their not a huge facility like Bordine's or Lowe's. Parking's tight but doable you just have to be careful when backing out since it's literally on Auburn Road, which is super busy and the speed limit's 50 MPH. They have a great selection of items to choose from, and prices are competitive and fair. What keeps me coming back is the staff. Their super friendly and are extremely knowledgeable. They also have regular sales and keep up with seasonal stuff like pumpkins, Christmas décor and other stuff as well. They also stand behind their products so if you buy a tree or plant, I think they will credit you if it does die. Don't quote me on that, but these guys really do stand behind what their selling. Overall a fabulous little nursery in a world of big box stores, we love coming here for just about anything!

I moved in my new home 4 blocks from this garden center in 1992 and have bought my Spring annuals for Easter, May and Summer flowers for planting in ground and patio pots. The prices vary from the other local farmers nearby, but I can say that Ray Wiegand's nursery Guarantees their selection of flowers, plants, trees, shrubs and all items sold. Their plants are grown healthy and colorful as well as the hanging baskets and already grown in pots. The staff of family or friends who are working in many areas of the greenhouse or outside are always helpful and knowledgeable and ready to assist your questions about buying and planting plus offer guidance to problem plants that may be an issue with growing. The store also sells many statues, gardening supplies, outdoor furniture with monthly seasonal decorations for your home! I have been also very pleased with the quality and style made when purchasing in November a Memorial Christmas grave blanket for the cemetery. My Photos are attached of the many handmade Memorial items. Holiday shopping before Christmas is the busiest time to see and enjoy their colorful and sparkling display of lights, trees, wreaths, and much more!
