I am a disabled veteran who had a misfortune to use Gregory Oliveros services. I have to tell you that Mr, Oliveros is not just a shame to the legal community but he's also an actual fraudster. I've spent over 70 thousand dollars on his so-called legal fees that involved fine dining in Morton's. First-class tickets to Ducks games, and contributing money to his and his wife's gambling addiction. All of that he demanded in order to continue working on my cases... in the end, Mr Oliveros lost my case due to inadequate representation and refused to provide reimbursement on other cases that he was previously retained but failed to do any work on. Seven months ago, in September of 2025, Mr. Oliveros promised me to re-file my Stalking Protective order and he never did. It was just one of many false promises and lies he gave me to continue defrauding me. Simply speaking Mr. Oliveros skills have nothing to do with legal work but consist of defrauding innocent clients who are desperately seeking justice and in the end become re-victimized by this sheep in wolf's clothing. Beware of doing business with Oliveros Law Group, run like hell from them for your own self-preservation. Simply put, after meeting Mr Oliveros, your legal issues will become the least of your problems; Mr Oliveros will not only rob you out of your funds, he will completely destroy your pursuit of justice and that is the worst thing the attorney can do. read more

Waste of time and money. I had a great consultation with who I thought would be my counsel just to have them leave 2 months later. I then went through 2 additional lawyers before ending up with Greg as my counsel. I advised him of a coming court date and he still MISSED it! He is incompetent. With 3 lawyers leaving in an 8-9 month period should be telling. He still came to collect that $ though. Stay Clear! read more

I called Blake Robinson my law bodyguard while he was working on my case because that is truly what it felt like. I had never even considered suing someone before my burn accident and I barely had the confidence to pursue a settlement when I came to Blake with my questions. This man is nearly illiterate! His e-mail responses often were an incomplete sentence. I spent way too much time trying to get him to do his job. The first meeting with Greg he said "I was in the drivers seat". LOL. I should have walked out. Desperate and Pushing to make it happen, more than a year later the divorce judgement was recorded but I was never notified by his office. I emailed their office to ask and was told to check with the county. I recently was told of errors he made with a past client causing very serious consequences. read more

I was very disappointed with the service I got especially for the money that was charged. I had trouble getting anyone to return phone calls and emails yet when they wanted more money they hounded me for 3 days and said they wouldn't help me anymore if I didn't pay them another 3K. Everything was done at the last minute. As a matter of fact I got more information from my ex and their lawyer than I did from my own. When they did respond to my emails it was with responses like talk soon, and will look into it but I got charged full price for that. Also when I emailed to check on status because they didn't update me same thing, full charge even when I had to repeatedly request information because they did not get back to me. In the end my ex and I managed to come together and settle it ourselves with my ex's lawyer writing it up, filing it, and my ex giving me a copy of the agreement because my lawyer couldn't be bothered. If for some reason I ever need a lawyer again I will not choose this firm. It has put me off all lawyers, and I hope to never need one again. This was a very rough situation for me and was very contentious in the beginning which is why I was looking for the assistance of a lawyer in the first place even though I didn't really have the money they needed. Sadly nobody on modest means would help me even though I qualified and tried several of them so I had to take a loan against my 401K to pay them and this is the service I got. I'm way worse off financially now all to get an agreement that my ex and I made together with no help from the lawyers. read more

A bit disappointed with this firm. I had a case that I inquired about expunging. Greg lead me on for a week that it was no problem at all and that it's easy to get it expunged. After I called a few times, one of the paralegals called and said my case is not expungable. After that I called to ask another option and they told me to call the state bar to recommend a different law office. Really? Greg was polite. But why would he let me drive all the way out, schedule a meeting, only to say a week later that he can't help me? What a waste of my time. read more

The ONLY reason I am giving 1 star is because I HAVE to give a star rating! DO NOT RETAIN THIS LAW GROUP, if you want your case handled professionally. I retained Greg to help with a 3rd party visitation case in September. They had said they filed the case, his paralegal left the firm and after many attempts to contact I finally got another paralegal to respond late December and was told that the other paralegal dropped the ball. After requests of a refund, so I can go elsewhere, they said they would file (no it never had been), and not charge me for the time researching what happened to my case and the filing. In February I was fed up and told them to drop the case and give me a refund. I was then told we would just come out even. I had a statement saying I still had over $800 left on my retainer, I wasn't being charged for anymore so why are we even? I asked for a detailed statement of the charges because it made no sense. The statement was sent the beginning of May and said we still had almost $800 left on the retainer. It is now mid May and I finally got an email saying they would issue the refund a week ago.......still nothing! I will never recommend this law firm to anyone! Due to the drawn out case and negligence of it, my grandchildren were living in conditions the state said "were not fit for human life", exposed to drug use, and who knows what else . The case was being dropped because custody of them is now in my home. I could have had my grandchildren removed sooner had this case been handled professionally and timely, resulting in me physically seeing them. Instead it was drawn out far too long!! Yelp is only one platform for telling the story, this law firm is the worst and shouldn't be practicing family law. read more

Late for meetings. Unresponsive or slow to communications. Never available for phone calls. Didn't provide me with any indication of what a normal divorce process involves or would be required (mediation, parenting class, etc). Seemed only interested in draining the retainer any way possible. Looking at the reviews on here and comparing them to reviews on Google, etc. it looks like a lot of fake 5 star reviews. If you are getting a divorce, find someplace else. read more

I was involved in an accident that was not my fault and Oliveros Law Group were able to get a $9,000 personal injury settlement. They were great to work with and although 35% of that goes to paying them, it was worth it in my opinion. I feel like the bad reviews are from other firms. read more

I went to see Mr Oliveros for criminal defense. I had made a bad decision one night & ended up in jail! Went to see Greg Oliveros soon after. He took my case & amazingly worked with the DA & kept me out of jail! I could have lost my job doing jail time. Greg works with you thru email & keeps you posted on all the activity of your case. Mr. Oliveros managed to make a deal with the DA & I received community service with 18 months probation. He is still helping me on my case again to help get the felony off my record to a misdemeanor 18 months after I did the probation. Mr Oliveros perservered & I received a very fair sentence I never would have received without his expertise! read more
