This lawyer completely screwed me and my children up. He filed documents without prior review. He gave horrible advice during mediation. This has resulted in my children having additional acts of child abuse occur because he could not advise me as to how to limit their visitation with their father. He never filed for child support like I asked. He is completely unprepared for trial and avoids litigation. He will do whatever the opposing attorney wants so that they will like him. Do NOT hire this Attorney. He does Half-Ass work for a high price. He tends to go into a court room un-prepared and will lose more than he wins. He will file court documents that should not be filed without the proof or documents to back it up. He also will not let you know if you are going to lose whatever case he is actively working for you - just to increase the cost of your bill, unlike many other Attorney's that will let you know where you stand. Giving you the option to cost you more in the long run or to try and settle instead. If you, as the client, do not keep up with payments on your bill, Tony will refuse to contact the opposing attorneys or you (the client) in regards to your on going case. Wont file Judgments or drafts he is suppose to draw up - and when the opposing attorneys actually run into him around the court house. Asking him why no response to the many requests about his client - states he will not do anything for the client if he's not getting paid. This could result in months of no contact with your attorney on your active court case - with the ultimate loss of your case because of it. He is only after your money and does not care about what you are trying to do for your case. Expect a big attorney bill with the expectations of losing any case he is actively working on for you. Mr. Wilson is a wonderful attorney. He has helped me and my husband get our wills in order several times when we've needed to make changes. The last time we needed to make a change I was procrastinating on it and waited until the last minute before we were going out of town and I needed the changes made with regard to guardianship of my children. He got to those changes completed in a timely fashion which allowed me to go on vacation and not worry should something happen. Most recently Mr. Wilson helped me with a contract dispute I had. He listened to what was going on and made sure to ask what I wanted to do through out the process. Thanks to Mr. Wilson the issue was resolved without having to go to court.
