Booking process online was seamless and I appreciated being able to add-on services like oven cleaning. They arrived within 10 minutes of the arrival window ready to go. I told them they could more or less ignore the furniture and focus on the apartment itself. They were very kind the whole way through. They were extremely thorough, even getting to places previous cleaners did not like under the bed. They nicely packed items thrown around in bags for me to sort through which I really appreciate. When finished with each area they asked if I wanted to check the area first for anything missed, another thing I appreciated. They offered to take out trash bags at the end but I told them they did enough and sent them on their way :) They are definitely worth booking and are extremely thorough! I will likely book again the next time I require a deep cleaning.

The second time: I understand it was a bigger house, but there's a lot of areas they missed. They were in a hurry because they said there's another house they have to clean. I didn't wanna stress about it so I just let their business number know, had to send them a lot of photos for all the areas missed and they came back. (The same team with their Lead to oversee the service) They did much better but disappointingly still missed few areas so I had to clean it myself. I find their charges a little expensive tho it is a little cheaper than others. It's a 2.5 stars

They were on time for the first cleaning service and did a fantastic job . They took care of all the minor details and did it to our satisfaction . The team does not have contractors . There's a few really high windows and I don't think they normally do that, but they did. Three people came for 3 hours and they accomplished a basic clean of our 2800 square foot house. There were many things that were left undone and I did not feel like anything was really deep cleaned as I requested. So I started asking around and some months later I had several cleaning services and solo cleaners come to the house and give me a quote for a weekly and biweekly service. Of all the people that came, I was most impressed with Terra cleaning. Freddy was very friendly and personable, and he offered a good price. So I went with them and have never looked back. Their first deep clean service was exceptional!! Again I had 3 people here for about 3 hours and they accomplished twice as much as the first service I hired, and for $70 less!! They cleaned all my plantation shutters on the main floor and blinds upstairs abs my five fans. They did a very thorough job. I have them come every week now, and they continue to be thorough and excellent each week, and I am so pleased with their work (and I am very picky about how clean my house is).
