Was then told to head to the other side where they did the work. Walked across and checked in there. Discussed the chips and he went ahead and took my car keys. I waited in the waiting area. They don't seem to have wifi so that wasn't handy but I managed to get some work done off my hotspot. They fixed it well. The one was deep. Hopefully I won't need to but if I have more chips I would return.

Long wait lines, car accidents inside the car wash tunnel do to young staff who don't car lining the cars up a foot apart. And then closing at odd hours for no reason. I will be canceling my membership here today and taking business elsewhere where I don't have to worry about wasting my time or having my car crashed into for incompetent staff. In the photos you will see a 3 car accident that happened in the tunnel. A closed car wash at 430pm and someone in the gutter in the middle of the day for no reason.

The total cost was only $37 to replace the valve stem. But, even when emailing this company, they ghosted me, never even responded to my email, management on site wasn't helpful. So not only did I not get my car wash payment reimbursed, I had to pay $37 to get the valve stem fixed with no communication at all from this company. Go elsewhere.

They came to our house and did a waterless wash in our garage then applied the ceramic coat. The coating came out gorgeous and our black Tesla looks amazing. We were also walked through how to take care of the car and the 5 year warranty. I plan to have them back for my 2500 Black Silverado due to how it came out and how friendly the owner is.
