Ollie's has everything at the lowest discounted prices on closeout merchandise. Much like an "Odd Lot" they only concentrate on selling items that have been seen on TV. Bulk one of a kind stuff that they wanna sell and you wanna buy. Like; Bug Zapper Fly Swatters, Cookie Dough Flavored Toothpaste, Telescopic Back Scratchers, Ear Hair Trimmers, Tuna Can Strainers, Rubber Spray Paint, and there's so much more. Some of the merchandise might be slightly damaged but as long as you're a little bit handy you can bring most of this crap back to life. Just a little glue here or change a battery there. Stuff at Ollie's is dirt cheap so make sure not to pay the "marked" price on anything or you'll be the one who is broken! read more

Rude, obnoxious people, unhelpful and if you ask questions about anything, "we never got any of those", or "they're all sold out if you don't see them", as I entered the store 10 minutes after they opened. NOW they're remodeling again and the checkout is really ridiculous. Never go back again and I shopped there frequently. Called customer service and they don't have a clue what goes on at the store (Allentown location on Tilghman Street). read more

It's ok, I just think you really have to watch out for just leftover items that other stores decided to dump. You can find some bargains, but you have to look. Watch for expiration dates as well. read more

This location is currently being remodeled and so far the outside looks beautiful! I was ok with the old store too, but now they are just making it look prettier. This is one of my favorite stores because you can always usually find what you need at a cheaper cost! How could you go wrong? You just do need to watch some expiration dates on some food though. Another Messy Ollie's store.With no help and worn out cashiers that don't know how to get the customers through the lines. Ollie's keeps opening more stores and never have enough employees to run them. I talked to one of the Cashiers and they said some only get 2 hours of work a week. I love discount stores! I originally went there bc a friend of mine told me they sell adhesive floor tiles for crazy cheap and this place had everything. If your searching for something chances are you'll find it here or at least something like it. great place to go if you just moved into a new place or are going off to college. They have everything from pots and pans, dishes, utensils, mixers small kitchen appliances. They have a craft section loaded with scrap book items and paints, stickers, etc. A hard ware section filled with errrrrrmmm....man stuff and even have some furniture in the back. Any house hold item you need they have it. Bathroom, kitchen, home decor, garage, yard equipment, gardening items, holiday items, clothing, pet supplies, and even little things like diapers, shampoo, creams, paper towels, toys and books. If your looking for something Ollies has it, but if your looking for a specific pattern or color chances are slim. I recommend this place. read more
