I went to the Belk Men's store with plans to purchase a suit coat. There was a large selection of…read moresuits and suit coats. There was a major thing missing - an employee to assist in finding the right size and style to meet my needs. I haven't purchased a suit coat in close to a decade, and it is time to replace the one I currently use. I have no idea what size would fit best, or what style would be the better choice. Maybe I expected too much from a department store that I thought assisted customers in their purchase decisions.

Then I heard a lot of ads in a talk radio station about this place, so I took my chairs in, picked out some fabric that would look good with the oriental carpet, paid my deposit and left. Didn't hear anything for weeks. Finally picked them up and the plugs on the backs were not the same on all of them. Took some back, waited weeks and when I picked them, they still weren't perfect, but I gave up. Now I have one chair with a broken pin in the back (this is an arm chair - it's only used when we have company) and the wrong pin on a side with the stain coming off. Just awful!!!
