I also like to not always go to big box retailers since I don't think they are so great for the local economy. This place is quaint and well-located in downtown Oshkosh. Parking is never a problem and I can also ride my bicycle. Something else I like are the seasonal deals. A nice selection of scrapbooking products and a decent sized sale section to boot! Things at this location are arranged around the store in a slightly odd (to me) manner, but things can be found. My one problem is that the employees often seem to be more interested on chatting or stocking things to notice that there are multiple customers needing assistance/ringing up at the registers. A few "excuse me"s toward them has shown to be less than effective at times. However, while they may not be particularly attentive, they are polite and friendly. While I'd still prefer shopping at a locally owned scrapbook store, I nearly always pop into this Archiver's on drives through Appleton.

We came back to use about a month later and we couldn't use it. They couldn't figure out why and wasted 20 min of our time while they were on the phone. Came back again today to try to use and they refuse to let me even though it is my card. Offered to face time and he sent me a copy of his id.
