After trying on one of the jackets, the zipper completely fell apart. They did not repair the zipper at all. I brought it back and they charged me an additional ten dollars to repair the zipper that should have been done the first time. She would not budge on the price which I should not have been charged again in the first place. I am totally dissatisfied and will never go back there ever again!!!!! They are dishonest and deceitful. Avoid Derwood Cleaners !!!!!! They will screw you over!!!!!!!!

Normally I would suck it up, head to the laundromat and get it done, however we are a high risk household, so indoors with strangers for hours isn't going to work in a pandemic. Never having done a laundry service, but seeing the good reviews for Honey Doers, I thought I would try them. Not only did I get my clothes picked up, washed and folded the same day, they also answered my 10000 questions leading up to my appointment, txted me reminders about leaving my clothes out, when I needed to pay, when they were done and when they were delivered. Honey Doers are the real deal and their customer service attitude seriously makes you feel like you are their only customer. I will absolutely be using them again.

Wendy showed me around and explained how each machine worked, how long the cycles were, and how to pay with the card system they have. The cards are very similar to a metro card where you can refill the money every time you need to. They have small, medium and large machines that can accommodate even the largest quilt or comforter. The dryers are all huge and hold all of your items in one machine. This facility is very clean, even the bathrooms!
