Upon bringing it back, the owner spent 15 minutes lying to us saying that, "it has been cleaned, this was user error" along with many other disrespectful comments. She tried to explain how we can't expect their cleaning process to actually get the rug cleaned. We certainly understand that some stains can't be removed, but with the general dirt and lint and threads remaining, there was no evidence that it had been cleaned at all. She told us she had been in business for 30 years ... yes, she has been RIPPING PEOPLE OFF for 30 years. We were constantly interrupted and dismissed. She also said "you're a first time customer, why would I trust you? I don't know who you are." After the conversation she "banned" us from her store.
