There is something for everyone here, and you're bound to learn more about what scents work for you. I remember my first experience here in 2021 when I realized I am a "green" scent guy. The employees encourage you to smell the samples outdoors too if it is too much indoors which is nice as well. There are rollerballs, and other various sizes which is very helpful in making decisions and how committedyl you want to be to a perfume. Even a sample of the perfume (lasting aboit a week give or take) for $7 which is really nice. I got the Matcha 26 in a sample and really enjoyed the subtlety that builds. The fact that each Le Labo has the personal hand mix lab adds to the personalization.

She has been doing this for more than 27 years and surely she understood exactly what I need to improve my skin. Her techniques as well as products and machines made the experience even better. However, Bluemercury has always been exceptionally good and my most recent experience is the reason. I came in a few days ago, restocked on some of my mainstays, was greeted immediately, and then given the freedom to just shop and browse without anyone hovering over me. When I had a question, the sales folks were more than helpful! The store was immaculate and everything was priced and easy to navigate. The next day I got an email about a 20% off promotion (Murphy's law) and I called to see about a price adjustment. Mindy on the phone could NOT have been more lovely! She looked up my purchase, figured out which items were eligible and refunded the difference with zero problem. No hassle, I didn't have to come back to the store, bring my items, nothing.
