So far I've tried their lavender shampoo, conditioner and rose toner, and I liked them all. They smell good and lather/wash well. The prices are reasonable as well. I filled two containers of shampoo and conditioner plus two bottles of rose toner for 28 bucks. One bit of caution: make sure to do short pauses when you refill the conditioner, as it tends to overflow. The staff also mentioned that a Beaverton location is opening this Fall, which is great so I can get my refill without commuting to their Portland locations.

I had lip blushing done this…read moreyear with Vivian, and previously I've had eyeliner and brows done here as well, all with different artists. Every experience has been consistently excellent. Vivian was incredibly clear and upfront about the lip blushing process, including the fact that it can be more intense than eyeliner or brows. For me, that was true, though I know it varies by person. My first pass healed lighter than I wanted, and at my follow-up Vivian really listened. She made sure I was thoroughly numbed and adjusted the color to a richer shade that I love. She also explained that some lips simply don't retain pigment as easily, which was reassuring and helpful to understand. Healing was easy, and I'm excited to see how the color continues to settle over the next few weeks. What really stands out to me about this studio is how kind, attentive, and thoughtful all of the artists are. One consistent approach I've noticed is that they intentionally go lighter at first, which makes total sense. You can always deepen the color at the follow-up, and it avoids ending up with something too intense. Overall, another great experience and I couldn't be happier with the care and results.

I came in a few days ago, restocked on some of my mainstays, was greeted immediately, and then given the freedom to just shop and browse without anyone hovering over me. The next day I got an email about a 20% off promotion (Murphy's law) and I called to see about a price adjustment. Mindy on the phone could NOT have been more lovely! Further, my decision was treated with respect which made me feel more confident about moving forward. I ended up getting masseter Botox for my TMJ. My injector made me feel comfortable and even provided me with anxiety relief tools. She was precise, patient, and provided wonderful patient care. Unfortunately, my injector is no longer at this business but I'd be willing to see others who are also qualified and experienced.
