This is something Roofing Companies do not ever consider since it exposes your home to weather and Wildlife. it caused many problems and cost thousands of dollars. I am still paying for their irresponsible mistakes! Per Rankin County official, he also worked without a permit and said he didnt put rake on because county said okay. They totally denied and stated I should file a complaint with Board of Contractors, which has been done. I have never reviewed anyone unless it was an excellent review. For this one, I feel a responsibility to do so. He should not be licensed in the state of MS for business. I am in Real Estate business and would hate for another person to go through and still paying for irresponsibility of this business.

I asked LORI approximately how many hours to install she said 3-4 hours. I guess they saw my house and ran with it. The workers came the first time and stayed EXACTLY 1 hour and 7 minutes. The sink was bent and a new one was ordered. The second visit I was there with the two guys for 1 hour and 16 minutes and the sink was in and they began connecting all the plumbing. I had to leave and go to work. Not quite sure how long that took but I was charged for 6 hours, that never happened ! MR. BRAD RODGERS if you needed money to charge me DOUBLE, keep the money! I sleep great every night knowing I did the right thing. I will say the install was beautiful but considering the sink and faucet was only $434 and install was $1300 , that just doesn't make sense. I called the office, and they apoligized, making an appointment for a couple of days later. This time Mr Rodgers showed up 2 hours late ( no call to let us know) and mumbled something about an unexpected meeting. Once he arrived, he was very professional, and seemed to have some great solutions. I agreed to move forward, and Mr Rodgers promised to send over a quote that evening. 2 days later I called the office, asking if the quote might have been sent to the wrong email. She apologized, and promised to have the quote sent that afternoon. The following week, I called again, looking for the quote. Again, I was promised to have the quote that afternoon. I spent several weeks with their promises to do it 'today'... It's been a month now, and we still never received the quote. I am very happy that our MS economy is great, and Mr Rodgers does not need my business. I am not so happy that he was so rude and disrespectful of my time and effort. I would NOT recommend calling this company, unless you really don't want the work done in this lifetime.

I regret using them…read more our home was in the market for a walk in shower. we called one vendor and they came in very high. seeing an ad for bath fitters, we called them. the sales guy took measurements and made his pitch. it's my own fault for not paying closer attentions to the details. there was an alcove where the tub/shower was. my ass-u-mption was that the shower footprint would go to the edge. I also ass-u-med that when adding inside the shower rails on two sides that I would have enough room to stand without anything touching me. both assumptions were incorrect. because of the kit design, the shower doors are about 3 inches from the edge of the alcove. because of the presence of handrails, my arms were touching them as I stood in the shower. I can replace the handrails, not an issue. their kit, however, does not allow for extra room and you will be stuck with whatever they get you. If you decide to use this company, be very sure you understand and ask about how much room you lose because the kit is small, the doors are centered on the top of their kit, and how much you lose because of rails. I am stuck with the result of my assumptions. you don't have to be as you are now forewarned. Even though their quotes denotes the 32" x 60" pad, you really only get a 28.5" wide interior pad measured from the interior wall of the shower to the edge of the door frame.

They did nothing without my minute approval, even measuring the handrails while I was standing in the shower-in-progress to measure the handrails to my specific request. I am so sorry he is unhappy, because after all this time I could not be happier with my walkin shower.
