The studio is fairly spacious given the size, and kept neat and tidy. The class I recently tried here was called Poundfit (by Tracey K). You use these cool lime-green drumsticks called Pound RipStix - specially designed for beating objects (floor, the other stick, mats)! It's a great whole-body workout that focuses mainly on core, thighs, and arms/shoulders. Also, if you like to make noise, relieve stress, smack things together, or feel like a 10 year old while getting your sweat on, this class is for you :) There's some coordination-involved movements, but as long as you move with the beat in some form and smiling because you're having a good time then it's great! Began packing my bag forcefully, and sent me on my way without a greet and through my receipt on the counter of the plasty-glass where I than had to reach for my receipt. On top of this lady's unprofessionalism, she didn't even bag all my items. I am missing masks I bought, that even shows on my receipt. Very disappointing. I get people can have bad days, but leave it at the door, we are all going through some tough times through this pandemic. We were looking for bikes and one of my coworkers recommended this business. The place was huge, amazing, well organized with tones of products. I asked Lindsay for help and she spent about two hours with us. I tried 6 bicycles and in the middle of that, Calvin joined and the two of them helped us. Both Lindsay and Calvin were amazing! Friendly, honest and helpful! They did any possible thing to help us finding the bikes we wanted and were suitable for our skill level, heights and weight! For me customer service is the most important factor and I received one of the best customer services here! The place was well organized, the prices were good and I'll definitely go back there again for any sports needs.
