I have been a patient there since I was in my early 20's, my wife and 4 kids also were patients over the past 20 years or so. We are dually insured through a Union and Tribe. They stopped taking our insurance and Susan has been so rude on the phone. We also just received a letter stating they are upping their rates. This last call with Susan I just don't think it's worth putting up with her snark tone and demanding statements to continue, myself and my family will move on. I will say that the tech's there are super awesome, they have nothing to do with this review. read more

Not a fan of going to the dentist but we all need to go...and with that being said, this is the dentist you want to go to! Relaxing atmosphere for those of us who do not like going, welcoming and professional staff to get you checked in, incredibly caring and thorough hygienists (Angie is always there for my appointments), and personable dentists who explain everything and help you relax in an atmosphere where most of us are very tense. If you need a dentist for whatever reason, this office should be at the top of your list to call for an appointment. read more

Due to not having insurance, I've only gotten my teeth cleaned about once in the past 8 years. Ew, I know. But New Years Eve 2009 I got hit by a car and broke my two front tooth. I googled and heard really good things about this place, so thus began my long relationship with Dr. Moss at Cooper Dental Arts. I've been here more times in the last year than most people have been to the dentist in their lives, but the service totally makes all the time spent in the chair bearable. At this point nearly every one of the people that work there know me and ask how things are going with my teeth. The only downfall is the price. I think it's a little higher than average, but the work they do is well worth it. I got a cavity filled a couple of years ago by a cheap dentist in Boston, and halfway through I could feel everything. Now I pay more, and my mouth shows it. My fake teeth are beautiful, and I no longer feel afraid of the dentist! In fact, I kind of look forward to it. read more

I was left waiting for over an hour only to find they dropped my appointment off their books. The reception staff did not wear protection masks and EVERY patient is charged a PPE FEE to pay for the building filter system and glass bearer they installed due to covid-19!! They are also billing patient insurance company for PPE also, see your billing statement! NO OTHER OFFICES ARE DOING THIS that I know of, profit from suffering.... shame on them! read more

I went here for several years. Dr Cooper filled 2 cavities for me about 8 years ago. 4 years later, they already needed replacing and I had to argue with them to have him take a bit of responsibility. Luckily, he took responsibility for the cost of his poor work and I was minimally charged for the replacements....not to mention my time and discomfort! I became friendly with a dental hygienist who used to work there and she said that Dr Isaacson was the best. I continued to go there to see Dr I. His work is great; however, I always felt rushed out and had to wait quite some time for each appointment. During my last appointment, I had scheduled time for them to make a "nite bite"...a small affordable piece of plastic that helps people who clench teeth during sleep. This request was not communicated and after waiting 20 minutes for my appointment and having been seen, they wanted me to wait an additional 30 minutes to wait for a different room to be fitted with a piece of plastic. (they had no nite bites - even though I requested - and was told that they would use something comparable.) Because there are much more expensive fixes for clenching teeth, Dr Cooper and his team do not recommend this or sell very many of them. This was a particularly stressful day and when I was told that I would have to wait 30 more minutes, tears filled my eyes and I felt very upset. I said something about not being a stressed out single mom and that I am not able to afford to spend more time and money in their office. 2 days later, I received a letter from their office saying that I am no longer welcome there as a patient. The moral of this story is: If you have a lot of time and money to waste and crave mediocre care, Dr Cooper and his ladies are for you. I've started the search for a new dentist and there are far better options in Olympia. read more

Dr. Moss and his team are dental superheroes ! When my dentist retired, my daughter said, "Mom, go to my dentist's office! They are the best! It was excellent advice! I had never been to an office that put me more at ease! The dental hygienists and entire staff are phenomenal! I presented them with a problematic mouthful of tetracycline teeth AND a fluoride allergy. I was in need of some serious oral rescue! Dr. Moss quickly and adeptly assessed the situation and presented a battle plan. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions! Unexpectedly- the billing department was equally as super as the front desk, dental staff and doctor had been! I was compassionately presented with a proposed schedule of treatments and fair costs and payment options! I was able to take home a printed out copy of same to consider and choose what worked best for me. I am thrilled to be getting everything done so quickly and expertly! My crown and bite feel perfectly natural! We are about halfway through and I cannot wait for my "after" photo! Cooper Moss Advanced Dentistry to the rescue once again! read more

I had special concern and since my dentist retired I have not been able to find a dentist that would see me under special consideration Dr. Cooper and staff were the exception. They treated me with patience and concern and allowed me a chance to explain my situation. Kudos to both Kathy's as well ;(secretary) and (hygienist) who understood my dilemma. I can only echo some of the negative comments that have been made. The front desk has an abrupt "my way or the highway" attitude. In addition, this practice is in love with its X-ray machines, as well as with so-called leading-edge dentistry. Take my advice and find a different practice. read more

I have been going here for several years and it is the best Dentist I have had and I'm 72 years old. I told my neighbor about them and he said he can't go to the dentist as he chokes when he puts his head back. i told him to go see them. He did and said it was the best experience he has ever had at a dentist. He is now a believer and customer for life. I made an appointment here at my mother's recommendation. My appointment was about 20 minutes late, the hygienist was quick and nice. My problem was the dentist who's name I don't recall. The first thing he said to me before introducing himself was,"do you want me to fix the gaps in your teeth?" And then during the exam he claimed he found a cavity. So, I made an appointment to get it drilled and filled for a few weeks out. I actually ended up canceling and going somewhere else due to an insurance change. They couldn't find a cavity anywhere after searching extensively for at least 30 minutes. I just feel like he as dishonest. And that is not good in a dentist. read more

The dentists and hygienists there are wonderful and do amazing work. However, the front desk/billing staff are HORRIBLY rude. I had some work done about a month ago and paid half of the bill at the time of my appointment. I was told I would receive the rest of the bill in the mail once my insurance paid. Fast forward to today, I had another appointment. I still had not received my previous bill in the mail. When I sat down to discuss today's payment, the billing woman started talking down to me about how there is a balance on my account. I explained that I never received the bill and have been looking out for it. She then realized the bill had not yet been processed by my insurance, which means it has not been mailed out to me yet. Should that have fixed the issue? Absolutely, yes. Did it? No. She continued to talk down to me about how I haven't paid it (when I literally have not received it) and then asked me how much I'd like to pay today. I asked how much I owe, and she stated a number about $150 more than what I was quoted. I tried asking her about this, since this is quite a big price difference, and she had nothing to say other than "sometimes this happens." Rather than answering any of my questions, she continued to repeat "how much would you like to pay today." Keep in mind, I was not trying to get out of payment. I just have not received the bill! And I wanted to understand why it was suddenly more expensive! I was so confused and frankly shocked by her rudeness. But no questions were answered, and there was no understanding or compassion on her end. She has been unfriendly at past appointments but I have to say this was the worst treatment I've received by her. She's the type of person that should definitely not be in a customer service position. What a miserable lady. read more

I went to cooper and moss to get my teeth cleaned, I hadn't been to this location in years since i have been traveling and going elsewhere. I came back to cooper and moss because i figured they had me on record. I made an appointment to get teeth cleaned. So when i came in they did everything but clean my teeth. X rays and pictures, then told me i was not getting cleaned. i needed a 2nd apt deep cleaning. $260 to for that apt. Schedule my deep clean. I go in there the lady cleans my teeth top quadrant and bottom quadrant in less than hr says I don't need 2nd appointment. Because wasn't as bad as they thought, So they did top and bottom. seemed like a regular teeth cleaning to me. As those are also an Hour. She was nice and pleasant tho. Then i get my bill... $524. For "deep clean" so just to get teeth cleaned. Total $784 to get my teeth cleaned so you be the judge if this is the place you should go to get your teeth done. All i wanted was a cleaning. Place is a rip off! "You need 2 appointments for a deep clean" oh its not as bad as we thought. Did whole thing in 1 hr. Still charging you for double deep clean! Hard to find honest people these days! read more

From day one they treated me with only excellent care and kindness! I think I've gone through almost all of the dental hygenist and dental assistants and I can honestly say there is not one person I was disappointed in! There office crew is exceptional and friendly! I have been going to Cooper Moss Advanced dentistry for at least 10 years. All three doctors are fantastic. I have referred multiple people there. I have nothing negative to say and i have NEVER been disappointed in their service, never had a problem and have absolutely no complaints! I was born with very poor teeth and started seeing a dentist at less than a year old. I have been going to Cooper Moss for more than 10 years. The hygienists are the best, very thorough, friendly and gentle. Dr. Cooper and Dr. Moss are wonderful. The work they do is explained very thoroughly, they are very professional and they take their time. I never feel rushed. I have not had any problems with the many crowns, fillings, and other dental work I have had done. The results are wonderful and I trust them for my dental needs. Highly recommend! read more
