I was assured that my classes would be covered entirely by my employer, but now I'm facing unexpected charges that I shouldn't owe. The frequent changes in discounts have caused fluctuations in my tuition fees, sometimes varying by hundreds of dollars. This inconsistent billing has been a significant source of stress and distraction, making it hard to focus on my studies. Furthermore, it's nearly impossible to communicate effectively with a single representative, which only exacerbates the miscommunication issues. Although the online classes are relatively easy to follow, the ongoing billing problems overshadow any positives. The lack of clarity and support has made this experience more about managing confusing financial statements than enjoying my education. Overall, DeVry University needs to improve its communication and billing processes to avoid these issues for future students because it really just seems that they pressure people to join and then take advantage of them financially.

Beware my fellow students. Scams are everywhere .
