The staff at the shop told me to swing by and they'd have a look. I rolled my bike in and the mechanic immediately put my bike on the stand and fixed my crank! I'm a disabled veteran they are asking me to package a 300 plus pound bike then pay out of pocket for shipping cost that I won't get back to get the bike to them for a refund that's going to be half the price of the bike so I' m paying half the cost of the defective bike for the 3 months that I used it I guess.
