This one lady in particular spent so much time with me..she took me through the different options for rain coats that would fit my needs. Finally settling on the mountain classic anorak.. love that there is a wide front pocket and a drawstring hood. Next she took me over to the pant section, where she recommended the comfort trail pants. Once I tried these on I fell in love, super comfy and easy to move around in. I was surprised at how thin but protective they are. I also purchased a primaloft packaway vest, perfect to keep my core warm but still able to move. I am so impressed with this place and the service will keep me coming back. After shopping here I am all set for my vacation!

Manager confrontational right away even though I was nice & asked to speak to a manager. Unreal...I guess they simply don't care enough to treat people well & try to retain customers. Make sure to try on everything, sizes variety from one shirt to the other. Great service here, after I had a few items in my hands I was approached to see if they wanted to put them in a dressing room so I could continue to shop with my hands free. Once I was in the dressing room, the ladies would check in on me.. if I needed different sizes or colors. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program, nice way to get some perks.

Lots of options from bears, characters that are well known from shows, the good old character from the past, and new ones I have never seen. The stuffed animal is a shell, you pick which one you want, then the staff member beings it over to a stiffing machine where you get to interact a bit with hands on for a minute or less. Then the staff member has you out a heart into your stuffed animal. You can upgrade to smells being out inside, voice sounds, and the outfit options you can buy are very impressive, there are so many. All in all a good time. The best part is that on the child's birthday they only pay their age for the bear. Great deal! Recommend for a fun experience.

We went around when the mall opened & after about 30 mins there was a huge line. Giant wall with all different animals & characters to choose from. Keep in mind that something you may see online may not be available at the store. I would suggest not getting your kids hope up about getting a certain "bear" prior to going just in case they are out of stock. Also with COVID also has made staffing tight so be patient & kind. Have something to entrain your child with for while you are in line. They don't let you step on the pedal anymore to put the fluff in your animal which was disappointing but they do still have you put the heart in. You can add sounds or scents for an extra cost. There used to be a "washing" station available for you to bring your animal to after but it is closed due to COVID. Tons of different outfits that range in price if you want to add that. You can still make a birth certificate if you would like. Unfortunately now if you want the little cardboard house that used to be included it now cost extra, you can buy a drawstring bag that range in price or have them in nothing. Staff is always nice here but giving it 4 stars because I think the price is a little high & some of the things you can't do anymore makes it less of an experience. Maybe lower the cost since you can't do everything that you normally could.

The employees are GREAT and always take the time to help I've lost track of how many shoes , sandals, socks and boots weve purchased here but I can honestly say ive never regretted the investment or felt rushed or pushed by the staff. I came in right at opening, disclosed immediately that I was a walk-in, and specifically asked if…read morethat was okay. Store associate Rebecca told me it was absolutely fine. I also came in prepared. I had already researched the brands you carry, knew what I was looking for, and even offered to show Rebecca the list on my phone. Out of courtesy, I also told her that if she already had ideas in mind, we could absolutely start there. So we did. I clearly explained that I had lost a significant amount of weight and needed supportive bras with lift, side support, and structure for softer tissue. Rebecca was pleasant, offered options and so forth, but became harried as the fitting went on, especially once an older associate started inserting herself into the process. The low point was when I asked about specific brands your store carries that I had researched and the older associate cut in before Rebecca could answer to say, "I can tell just by looking at you that those aren't going to work for you." And if looks could kill... That was presumptive, rude, and not the expert service your store claims to offer. It only got worse from there. I could hear them whispering and talking about appointments. I even asked if I was taking up needed space and was reassured that I was fine and should take my time. Then later, when I stepped out with a size question, I was abruptly told by this older associate that I needed to "wrap it up because we have appointments." That is not how you handle a customer you already welcomed in and started fitting. If walk-ins are truly okay, then don't make people feel like a burden for believing you. I bought two bras, but I would have bought more if I had actually felt respected beginning to end. Rebecca was not the main issue here. The older associate's attitude was. As a customer service professional myself, here's a free line your employees are welcome to use. Maybe print one out and put in your office for safekeeping: "Hi, I'm so glad you came in. I do want to let you know we have appointments arriving soon, so I may only have about [X] more minutes with you today. I'm happy to keep helping you during that time, and if we need more time than that, I'd be glad to book you for a dedicated fitting so you get the attention you deserve." That is how you handle this professionally.
