I came in right at opening, disclosed immediately that I was a walk-in, and specifically asked if that was okay. Store associate Rebecca told me it was absolutely fine. I also came in prepared. I had already researched the brands you carry, knew what I was looking for, and even offered to show Rebecca the list on my phone. Out of courtesy, I also told her that if she already had ideas in mind, we could absolutely start there. So we did. I clearly explained that I had lost a significant amount of weight and needed supportive bras with lift, side support, and structure for softer tissue. Rebecca was pleasant, offered options and so forth, but became harried as the fitting went on, especially once an older associate started inserting herself into the process. The low point was when I asked about specific brands your store carries that I had researched and the older associate cut in before Rebecca could answer to say, "I can tell just by looking at you that those aren't going to work for you." And if looks could kill... That was presumptive, rude, and not the expert service your store claims to offer. It only got worse from there. I could hear them whispering and talking about appointments. I even asked if I was taking up needed space and was reassured that I was fine and should take my time. Then later, when I stepped out with a size question, I was abruptly told by this older associate that I needed to "wrap it up because we have appointments." That is not how you handle a customer you already welcomed in and started fitting. If walk-ins are truly okay, then don't make people feel like a burden for believing you. I bought two bras, but I would have bought more if I had actually felt respected beginning to end. Rebecca was not the main issue here. The older associate's attitude was. As a customer service professional myself, here's a free line your employees are welcome to use. Maybe print one out and put in your office for safekeeping: "Hi, I'm so glad you came in. I do want to let you know we have appointments arriving soon, so I may only have about [X] more minutes with you today. I'm happy to keep helping you during that time, and if we need more time than that, I'd be glad to book you for a dedicated fitting so you get the attention you deserve." I went to this store with no expectations. Come to find out they had my bra size and even were helpful in trying on some that I selected. I bought 3 bras that day along with the cleaning solution to use (since I had ran out of what I had). Overall, the service was good. I do believe they need another person since they were quite busy helping other people. It was a wait before I could get into a changing room. I do wish they would carry the Fit Fully Yours brand so I don't have to order that bra each time from LiviRae Lingerie in Atlanta. The value is about the same for other bras I've purchased in other states. read more

I walked in and was immediately helped and measured. The customer service here is amazing. Destiny was so helpful. I was in and out in 20 minutes but was never rushed. She listened to what I was looking for and was very helpful. It was a great experience and the price was so comparable to the expensive online stores. My wedding is on May 14th, and I needed help finding a strapless bra to wear with my dress that would work for a 34GG. I found one that is so comfortable and works great with the dress. I did need to go to a 32 band in the style. They didn't have it in store, so they ordered it right away for me to get it in time before my next wedding dress fitting. I have also been before to get fitted for every day bras. I'll probably be back sometime in the near future to replace those, as they are getting older. The workers are so kind and knowledgeable. I am a first time mom and always had larger breasts. Well since breastfeeding, they about tripled in size! I was so unbelievably excited to go to this store and find a nursing bra that fit perfectly!!! The only reason I went in was for an wireless nursing bra. My first impressions were great! The owner was fantastic! So friendly, and helpful. Told me that she could special order me a nursing bra (the only one they had was wired) since she did not carry any in store. I'm over the moon excited! Spent $70 on a new bra. She said it would come in within 1-2 weeks since shipping is backed up. And that was fine. About a week and a half later I called to check in. She said it hasn't been 2 weeks yet. And she told me 2-3 weeks. I didn't argue. I said that was fine. We were going on an unexpected trip out of state, so I called almost a week and a half later. She said it wouldn't be there for a few more days. Which is fine. I stated I would get it after our trip! Well I got it, got home, tried it on, and after a few mins, I realized just how uncomfortable the wire was. After 10 attempts to call the store with no answer, I left a vm. After speaking with the owner on the phone once more. She then informed me I could return the bra, (unworn, tags on, with receipt) but just for store credit. She did not mention that when I special ordered and prepaid for the bra. Or I would not have purchased it, as there was nothing in the store, and no other nursing bra options. She reluctantly told me I could get a refund. But wouldn't be able to do anymore special orders... which was fine. When I went into the store that day to return it. She gave me such an attitude the entire time I was there. I understand she was probably upset that I was returning the bra. Which I understand. But that is part of owning a business. I tried being friendly. However she said all of 3 words to me the entire transaction. I even said thank you, and how much I appreciated that she was able to process the return for me. And she ignored me. I even thanked her and told her to have a great day on my way out. And she ignored me. There was absolutely no reason for the rudeness and disrespect. And for that reason, I was inclined to leave a review. And to tell others about my poor experience. read more

What a great experience! After the store I've used in the past closed, I must have tried on every bra in Von Maur and Macy's. Nothing was comfortable. I finally did an internet search to see if I'd be near a store that carries the same brand I've had when I'll be in England next month. That's when I stumbled upon Every Body Bras & Intimates near Eastview Mall. Destiny could not have been more helpful in finding the perfect bar for me! What a great experience.
