Been here several times, the old lady here is rude. Don't know if I've caught her on all the wrong days. They aren't helpful at all, I've literally had to argue with them about stuff in know they have in stock cause I've bought there before. When they finally go check they find it. I'm done with this place, this last time I went in everyone is just standing around they send me the grouchy old lady she's no help. I just decided to walk out. As someone that owns a business and works in the serve industry, I'm walking in there to buy stuff I need, not just window shop, it's a shame cause I really did give this place several chances. read more

Very sad to say I encountered racism while shopping here today. Walked in looked around...the salesman asked everyone but me if they needed help. No problem. So I went up to the desk to ask a question to that same salesman...where a particular item was located. He looked directly at me, said nothing, and went to help someone else. Even the cashier and another customer were privy to the conversation and the rudeness he displayed. I was actually planning to do some pretty extensive business here but now i think I'll be taking my business next door to Beatriz at City Food Equipment where they know how to treat their customers. read more

Be warned.. dealing with the sales staff is like dealing with stereotypical used car salesman. They will say anything to get a sale. My sales person was rude, talked down to me and acted like he was doing me a HUGE favor in getting me information. When I made the purchase, within 10 minutes of paying (before I even picked up the item) I received additional information that made it clear that the equipment wasn't going to work for me. My salesperson then told me it was final sale. Don't you think they should say that up front? I didn't even touch the machine myself and they took a 30% restocking fee when they themselves didn't touch crap. I will never work with them again. Also, it turns out the machine was missing a part (of course they never disclosed that when trying to sell it) AND it wasn't even in their warehouse to "restock!"
