I ordered a very specific arrangement for my father in laws celebration of life.....my husband…read morereally wanted the all white with greenery cross so that's what we ordered and paid for. Instead they decided to give us purple tinted flowers with the arrangement. I called after they delivered it the morning of and said this is NOT what we ordered or paid for? They said they ran out of flowers to do what we ordered, but to email with a confirmation of my order and they'd give me money back (I never heard back from them) they should truly call and make sure about any changes to an arrangement especially when knowing they are ones for something so important and sensitive. They didn't seem to care one bit. So I wouldn't recommend them for special occasions. The arrangement was still fine but not what we ordered, and their care and professionalism was absolutely not fine.
