HEAT YOGA offers a very serene and peaceful environment that is properly priced and has some of the best yoga instructors I have ever practiced with. Stephanie is still there after over a decade. She has always been very positive uplifting and polite. There are newer instructors Olivia and Sasha. They are also five star Instructors. I've been practicing yoga for 15 years. HEAT YOGA offers a comprehensive schedule of various Yoga flows from the beginner to the advanced. I am very happy with this Yoga studio and my mind and body are fully charged. My health is optimal because of my yoga practice. For me, this is the perfect Yoga atmosphere. Lots of parking and easy access off the 19. There are usually 3 classes offered for each time slot because she has 3 studios. There is a hot yoga room, Pilates and bar room, and a beautiful non-heated yoga space. I am a yoga teacher and very picky about teachers and spaces. Liz Guardia is fantastic. If you like a yoga class including philosophy she's the best! I've taken a lot of their different offerings and have been pleased. Of course, some better than others. There is something for everyone. I highly recommend trying a class or two :)

Lots of happiness when you walk through the doors and everyone is very kind and helpful to one another. The environment is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly calming. Even with several people there, it stayed quiet and relaxing, and everyone was respectful of one another's space. The staff were wonderful, very informative, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire visit. The only thing I would note is that the "90-minute session" includes about 30 minutes of orientation and learning how to use the equipment, so you have closer to 60 minutes to enjoy the services. I do think that could be communicated a little more clearly, but even so, I felt it was well worth it. My favorite experiences were the red light therapy and the zero-gravity massage chairs. There truly is something for everyone, whether you're looking to recover, relax, or simply invest in your overall well-being. I left feeling refreshed and can't wait to come back.

She made sure I was comfortable and that the pressure was okay through the massage. I will definitely be back. I felt so relaxed and so good after Kim's massage.
