This was my first time doing the Holiday lights tour with my family. We opted to rent the bigger…read morebus. Our driver went over all the rules once everybody was seated and explained where we would be heading to as well as the stop they do at a gas station in the middle of the tour which was nice because we had a lot of children on the bus. They also let you bring drinks and snacks on the bus. The bus itself was clean and spacious. We went a few days after Christmas and the only down side is that some of the displays were already down so it felt like we didn't get to see a lot. Another thing was the windows kept getting foggy but thankfully they had squeegees available which we had to use every few minutes so that was annoying but also we know it wasn't their fault. I would definitely use this company again, but will opt to choose the date before the holidays are over for better festive experience.

We are in Nebraska you don't know the proper diesel to buy and the additives needed to keep the bus from gelling up. After the missed pick up we were provided with an email 3 days later stating they tried finding another company to take us out however, every bus in Omaha was broken down. This is false because I was able to hire premier party bus of omaha. Not only was his bus running the owner personally drove us around until he was able to find another driver. They refused (it was within a short window before the event, but so was the entire booking) and charged our card. We refuted the charge and somehow with the wedding events, missed the fact that they ended up stealing $1700 from us. Total fraud.

The bathrooms are very clean but because it is a bus there is no running water (hand sanitizer is the substitute).

It has a large research building, and a large, separate market building with goodies ranging from jams, bbq sauces, pickled items, muffin and pancake mixes, apple cider, and their very yummy, famous apple donuts coated with cinnamon and sugar! They make items in this large market building, and it had a small bbq, sandwich place for a bite to eat and restrooms. This was a great stop!
