My platelet count was fine prior to my visit with Dr Hascall. My hematologist now wants to do a bone marrow biopsy to check for cancer. Stay far alway from this place for any removal of old fillings. Also, Dr Hascall seemed to be more concerned if I was fully vaxxed, which was none of his business.

I stepped into this office for the first time yesterday completely riddled with anxiety with the…read morethought of the procedure that I was going to need to endure. For about the last 10 years I have had a spot on my upper left gum that had receded as a result of aggressive brushing. I finally decided to make the call when I noticed that the area was inflamed and rising ever so slightly. Upon calling, I spoke with a staff member who ended up being the daughter of the doctor and owner. She was able to answer all of my questions readily and was so kind and pleasant. Ultimately, she was the reason that I decided to make an appointment with this location even though they were out of network for me (I was so taken aback by the fact that even though I was not a current patient, she was willing to sit on the phone and answer every single one of my questions that I had even regarding procedures that they don't conduct in the office; ie. A dental implant). I was able to meet with Dr. Anderson and I felt comfortable right away. He is probably one of the top 10 nicest people I have ever met in my life, hands-down. He did such a fantastic job explaining what I had going on and ultimately decided that he didn't want to do anything because my gum tissue was still healthy and he had a feeling that the inflammation would go down with the proper care on my end. After taking some photos of my teeth and gum and viewing x-rays from my dentist, he sat down and talked with me about what I could do to help fix the issue, and also make sure that it didn't continue to progress. I also asked him about a dental implant, which they don't do in the office (I still have a baby tooth in my mouth that never had an adult tooth beneath). He was so kind and walked me through all of the different options and had some fantastic suggestions that definitely settled my nerves. I left the office completely at ease and sure of myself that I could help remedy this issue. If you or a loved one need to go see a periodontist, this is your guy! He truly believes in education versus just doing a procedure because he can and charging you money. I can't thank him and his daughter enough.

They got me in the same day, just minutes after I called. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, and the dentist not only fixed my bridge perfectly but also took the time to explain what had happened and what to tell my regular dentist if it ever came loose again (it hasn't since!).

I didn't expect to have my many years of going there be easily dismissed so I assumed I could trust that everything was fine, they were just billing differently. That doesn't bother me much. I paid the full price up front on their assurances they would submit everything to Insurance and Insurance would reimburse me. Never got a check, but I did get a notification from my insurance that nothing with them is covered now. Quite suddenly and at the exact same time I was asked to pay everything up front. Trust is a dangerous thing these days, it seems.
