I have been searching for a dentist for a year to do a deep cleaning. and correct some serious missing (and misaligned) teeth issues I had due to health problems a few years back. I immediately felt comfortable with Dr. Khan and her office and dental staff. They took the time to make me feel comfortable, explain treatment options, how long each might take, and affordability/finance issues. In just a couple of visits they've got me on the way to feeling better about my smile than I've felt in years. I'm moving this review to the top, to hope I save someone the pain and suffering that I've gone through. I am now in the process of tooth removal and implants due to the effects of Dr. Robin Khan's work. She does not guarantee her work, and refuses to offer any refund. I am still suffering from the effects of what Dr. Khan did to my teeth. I went in for an issue with an older bridge. She ended up removing a tooth and adding a bone graph in that area (I was in the chair when she told me she was doing this). The tooth in front of it, and the tooth behind it were prepped for a new bridge. I had never had a problem with either tooth, but I went back several times. She gave me antibiotic and checked the temporary bridge and said there was nothing wrong with the tooth that was causing me so much pain. I opted to go to an endodontist, and in 5 minutes of seeing him, said the tooth had died and I needed a root canal. He stayed after hours to complete the work. The other tooth that would be used for the bridge, ended up needing a root canal, as well. This is only one instance. The other bridge work that she did, had to be completely removed, and am now looking at having an implant. She is not thorough, and she is very rushed. read more

Dr. Khan and staff are amazing !! Best and most efficient dental office I have ever seen! They have fresh delicious cookies out in the waiting room every day. They haven't lately because of the pandemic, which is understandable. Anyway, I have literally gone in for my recall appointments for cleanings and have been in and out very fast!!! She has amazing craftsmanship and skill, promotes longevity in her treatment, and is an artisan of natural esthetics. I am not just saying this as I have witnessed this for years!! In addition, it seems like Dr. Khan tries to make an effort to have a personal relationship with all of her patients and tries to get to know them. This is a nice touch of compassion that is appreciated in a provider. She talks about dentistry from a whole body wellness perspective rather than a tooth-repair person to try and lower the costs in the long-run. She is a RN too with a medical spa so this probably adds to this philosophy and unique knowledge and skill set. Came in for a crown, it fell out 3 times before they were able to get it to stick. They used a "panoramic" camera, that cost me over 250 that insurance would not pay. Claimed it was billed like an xray. The doctor kept going on and on how I should get checked for sleep apnea when I came in for a crown from a chipped tooth. This has to be one of the best looking dentist offices I've been in. I give them an A+ for comfort level walking in. I helped a friend by dropping them off and was amazed by the art work including a painting I liked at the Lighting Palace and lamps that look like chrystal jelly fish floating by a beautiful butterfly on the wall. Even the fire place is a good touch on a cool morning. I gotta say the free cookies and coffee are a plus and the receptionist and hygienist were both welcoming striking up a good conversation when I asked who did their decorating. read more

I have been to several dentists in the past and nothing beats Dr. Khan and her team. My experience at Dentistry for health is always a great experience. The front desk is awesome and Tyrell is always so nice and energetic. The set up is very nice and calming with the decorations and quotes on the windows. The hygienists are very friendly and fast. One time I got my teeth cleaned and saw Dr. Khan in 15 minutes. Dr. Khan is friendly and always listening to my concerns if I have any and answers any questions I may have. She helps me understand by explaining things thoroughly and does not beat around the bush. A fantastic team that works very well together. Do not go here! I have had the same crown fall out 4 times in 8 months. She charged me over two grand in retainers. I had a second option from a real doctor and tmj can not be irradiated through pointless plastic mouth guards. I have multiple other issues from this office. This place is a money pit and will cause more problems for you're teeth than help. read more

She has always been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She is also funny. The entire experience from start to finish has been superb. My family has been seeing Dr. Kahn for a few years now, we love her. She is great with our daughter, she is so patient and good at making the experience easy for her. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I really couldn't say enough great things. Recently my father went in to see Dr. Kahn and she noticed he had swelling in his throat. He had already been in to see a physician who prescribed him antibiotics two week prior and she recommended and scheduled him an ENT appointment. The next day we found out my dad has a mass in his tonsils. She was literally the first person to catch his tumor and helped initiate an immediate treatment response, our family is forever grateful. I love my new dentist and her awesome hygienist! Dr. Falbo & Rachel got me fixed right up! It took a couple of visits. Rachel did half the deep scaling & root planing to attack my periodontal disease...left side first. One week later when I returned, to get the right side done, left side was already improved significantly... pockets had shrunk by a whole millimeter and my gums were tightening up nicely!! I got 3 new crowns and some other work done, and I'm not quite finished yet, but am well on my way to a healthier mouth, more correct bite and whiter smile. Strongly advise against this dentistry. Went in for a tooth cleaning, the doctor told me "you still have money left in your insurance, let's do a couple of fillings". I was there for over 1.5 hours doing both the filling and cleaning. The filling is horribly done, i am still in pain after 4 weeks of filling. Also as a result of open my mouth for too wide for long period of time my mouth got TMJ the first time in my life time. For TMJ i was charged $150 for a mouth guard and they send me home with a sleep test. I do not have problem with sleep, the TMJ was due to careless/ill trained doctor's mistake which i am paying for. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone. I heard there's a better dentistry called Parra Family Dentistry. read more

I have been going to Dentistry for Health for a few years now. Have had such a good experience. Brought my kids here after a pediatric dentist wanted my daughter to have nearly $2,000 worth of work done. Dr.Khan told me that most of what they suggested was unnecessary. There is certainly a lot to like about Dr. Kahn's practice. I was a routine patient there for over two years, and had several procedures done including crowns and Invisalign. I think Dr. Kahn really cares about her patients, but I have one complaint about her treatment that eventually led me to search out another dentist; that is that she always seemed rushed. This may seem kind of trivial, but the impact is that it made me feel unimportant. She would come in and "hi, how are you doing" and then would start working. I always wished she would take more time to explain what she was doing, what she was looking for, and ask me if I had any questions. I provided this feedback once in a survey and she reached out to express her gratitude for the feedback, but then the next couples times that I saw her it was the same experience. I always got the impression she was rushing to move on to the next appointment, and it really bothered me that she would start her work and then move on without asking me if I had any questions or concerns. That being said, there were definitely a lot of other things that I liked. The front office staff is phenomenal, especially Tyrell, they are all very warm, welcoming, and go out of their way to help you. Dr. Kahn was very understanding and came on a weekend on her way to her son's graduation to finish my husband's crown when his temporary one fell off and he was in a considerable amount of pain, and I truly appreciated her dedication! I just could not get over never knowing what she was doing when she was working on my teeth, and I found another dentist who takes her time to explain what she is doing, why she is doing it, and always ask if I have any questions. read more

We've been going to this dentist (Dr. Robin Khan) since about 2001 and have to say that she and her staff are excellent. Due to a congenital issue, I've had extensive work done on my teeth by Dr. Khan. She did a great job in bringing my smile back. The dental hygienists, Ann, Jacque, and the rest of the team handle my sensitive teeth with care and I can tell that they honestly care about me as a patient. The front desk staff, Lynn and Tyrel are great to work with and always friendly and inviting when I enter or call. I was told I would get a free consultation. Which according to them they do not do, yet it states to "make an appointment today for a complementary consultation" online where I made the appointment. When I showed them it they told me they would honor it. Not only did I feel like she was pushy, but I wasn't on-board with anything they recommended. Not surprisingly I got a bill in the mail today for a $360.00 consultation fee. Nothing is more annoying then being told one thing and having another done. For those who read on...the best is coming: Dr. Khan & her staff were my beacon of hope when I had none. For 5 weeks following a wisdom tooth extraction at a different Dr., I had an infection, dry sockets, fluid trapped in my jaw muscles, & an intense pain that was crippling me from living my every day life. Job, house chores, even walking my dog took several minutes of me building up the mental fortitude to deal with the pain to handle these simple, every day tasks. I had not had over 3 hours sleep in a night for 5 weeks due to the pain spiking every 2-3 hours. In a 2 week time span I saw 2 oral surgeons, went to the ER, my primary care physician, & then to an excellent Ear, Nose, & Throat (ENT) specialist who referred me to Dr. Khan (who, after hearing my situation & level of pain fit me in to her schedule immediately). Everyone before Dr. Khan told me I looked normal, & should be feeling ok & left it at that. My hope was dwindling like the last, flickering bit of light left in a candle at wick's end --- until meeting Dr. Khan. Within minutes of entering her office I was greeted by a genuinely caring & concerned staff who immediately took a CT Scan & then came Dr. Khan. She quickly (within 2 minutes) diagnosed me with TMJ (very painful jaw misalignment caused by the previous oral surgery 5 weeks ago --- not the surgeons fault, just misfortune), & began a rapid, methodic series of treatments. It has been several days & my treatments are ongoing, but my pain has plateaud & seems to be dissipating at this point. Dr. Khan's encouraging, positive, & fun attitude echoes through her staff & the entire office. Being new to Omaha, I will never see another Dentist & have full trust & confidence in Dr. Khan & her staff. I started going to D4H when I moved back to Omaha and hadn't seen a dentist consistently in 2 years. I was apprehensive of what the visit was going to be like, but I really enjoyed it. Ann has been my hygenist every time since, and she is such a pleasant lady. I feel like she genuinely cares about my life and chatting with me. Dr. Robin is in and out, but is fantastically kind. She isn't there to sell you products or transform your teeth into perfect white pearls, instead she compliments your smiles uniqueness. I am working in Omaha for about 6 months and needed my "every six month" dental cleaning. I went to see Dr Kahn after another dentist in the Bellevue area said I need tons of work, even though I had just been to my regular dentist 6 months prior and got a clean bill of health. Dr Khan and crew were highly recommended and the reviews on Google and Yelp spoke volumes. I called to make an appointment and they scheduled me right away and as I suspected she confirmed that I did not need all that work the other dentist had said I needed. I did need a deep cleaning and I had a small cavity. I was scheduled for the next day and in less than 2 hours all the work was done. Kelsie, Lynn, Jacque, and Annie made my visit incredible... Dr Khan fixed my cavity in no time and Annie cleaned my teeth like they had never been cleaned before. Lynn handled all the paperwork stuff and billing like a pro. It's too bad I can't take them with me back to DC. If you need dental work... Trust me... Go to Dentistry for Health...you won't regret it! read more
