A week or so later when I stopped in just before closing time, to complete the rental paper work, the whole family was hanging around, helping out. I asked when the excavator could be delivered, the answer was, "Well, we gotta close and load up, so we'll meet you up there in a couple of hours. That's the customer service a "Mom and Pop" store is willing to give you.
