Don't believe the 5 star reviews, her service and attitude is 0! I had the absolute worst experience with Kristina, she's rude, untimely, and she overcharges! Don't bring any items to her because you won't see them for a while! I requested to hem a pair of jeans by a couple inches and she charged me $60! Lousy work too! DO NOT GO TO HER FOR CLOTHING ALTERCATIONS. I had the absolute worst experience with her. She never updates timely, she charges outrageous prices (especially if she thinks you have money), and is rude. Changing the hem of jeans should not be more than $20+. Even if you really needed something altered, you will have a better time at a more TRUSTED establishment/person. You got the wrong person.
