She likely will not be able to attend the cancelled appointment with her doctor for several months now because of this office's inability to operate in an efficient manner and keep appointments. An elderly lady sitting next to us got called back shortly after we arrived, around 11:15am. She commented that her appointment was for 9:00am and she had been waiting. I've never experienced anything like this in my life, and I am extremely frustrated, and so is my wife. Why have appointments if you cannot keep them? I would not recommend anyone come here unless you can make a whole day out of it.

I got a refund after informing the practice that I wasn't informed of this procedure beforehand. Apart from this, Doctor Seri's advice to use my custom-made mouth guard turned out to be very helpful--she kept forgetting that I already had one and was suggesting that they make one for me, but she allowed herself to be corrected when I told her I had one already. I also took offense to some things the hygienist said, even if she was comforting at times and gave me very helpful suggestions for home care. I had a broken tooth that needed to be extracted and when it broke, now needing to be surgically removed he said "this wouldn't have happened had you come in sooner". He was tough on my mouth. I was crying because I could feel some incredibly sharp pain like they were touching a nerve and I had to beg them to stop to tell them why, and he said "there's no nerve there" and proceeded. He was very medieval with his skills. Bedside manner was terrible.
